Try these 3 steps to reset:⠀
1) Take a break⠀
It may seem counter-intuitive, but sometimes taking a break is the best way to refresh your mind and sneak up on the task at hand. Even just 10 minutes of walking, meditation, ranting, or calling a mentor can help you reframe the situation and find a new burst of energy.⠀
2) Have a glass of water⠀
Even mild dehydration can really dampen your enthusiasm for work. If you're 3 cappucinos in and haven't had a single sip of H2o - it's no wonder your productivity is starting to lag!⠀
3) Remember your ‘why’⠀
If you’re having a tough day, you’re ready to storm out in a huff, or you just ‘wasted’ two hours browsing for cheap flights to Rarotonga – hang in there and always be willing to start afresh. Take a moment to think back to why you went into this industry. ⠀
We’re all motivated by different things. Whether it’s the feeling you get when a deal goes through, the variety, the creativity, or your love of working with people and property, figure out what motivates you and bring it to mind when you’re feeling stuck.⠀

I know I do. Reviews and recommendations are important. They give you insight to the unknown. They have the power to mold your thinking before making a decision on a product or service. I think they can make or break your decision. I have walked away from things after reading reviews.
I love my career for a multitude of reasons, but mostly I love the people I work with. I hold my clients near and dear to my heart. I get to watch and be a part of a chapter in their lives. The home buying process can be overwhelming and stressful. It’s my goal to take some of this away.

If you are a buyer, the best strategy is to close escrow on any day Tuesday - Friday.
For example, have the lender fund your mortgage loan on Monday, close on Tuesday.
Or have the loan fund on Thursday, close on Friday.
Avoid having the lender fund on Friday, pay interest on the loan over the weekend, then close escrow on Monday.
There is no point to pay interest over the weekend on a home you technically don't own yet!
