⭐️CHALLENGE: #BodyTalk with oppositional forces. Hint: This exercise deeply involves the inner body. If forces are opposing each other actively in awareness you will notice an insane amount of balance in the body. That’s the cue you’re working in the right direction.
⭐️Part 1: How many contradictory thoughts do you have in one day? And then contradictory actions to those thoughts?
👉Umm..you mean to say that saying one thing and doing other thing, right? 🤔 Well, quite a many actually. Yesterday I though I'd start practicing Ashtanga Yoga before my baby wakes up. Couldn't this morning. Just couldn't, she kept me up from 4:30 in the morning until 7am. So just couldn't. 🙄 I also wanted to walk for 5km today but my girl started screaming around the time I had only covered 1.5km, so had to head back home.😑 So it happenes. Not all intentionally but definitely happens alot.
⭐️2nd part CAPTION: when moving through opposing forces what did you feel your pubis connect to? Stay aware if not this will be very difficult to answer.
👉Honestly, still nothing much. Joy, yes. Nothing else. What should I be doing? Was I supposed to film a peaceful video? I was bit unbalanced to say the least today, so I moved to balance my energies well. Felt much better afterwards though.
