As I sit here looking out at cloudy skies, I’m thinking of sunshiny days. I love sunshine! Here’s why you should get at least 15 minutes a day.
WELLNESS WEDNESDAY TIP: your body needs Vitamin D, which comes from the sun, to protect it from all sorts of diseases, including cancer. Most of us only get about half the vitamin D we need. Get out in the sun everyday, arms and legs exposed...if the weather permits, for 15 minute every day, no sunscreen. It does wonders for your mood and energy levels too.
Note: if you can’t get outside due to the weather...and it’s not always possible in Canada...consider a supplement. You need Vitamin D!
Growth. Not perfection.
This is something we say a lot in class. The fact of the matter is, nobody is perfect. We all have our faults and it’s so hard to shake this sense that in everything we do we have to be perfect. When people come to class we can sense a level of fear as they explore a movement new to their bodies or when they get called on for select groups. It’s scary to be in situations where we are outside of our comfort zones, and I have to remind myself of this daily.
I’m 33 and I left my 6-figure job, effectively taking a break in a career that I spent 10 years building, to focus on SAgrooves, which is scary. When I had the conversation with my parents and they gave me a semi family intervention it was scary. Every day is scary as I’m trying to navigate the foreign world of entrepreneurship and figure out how exactly to build and scale this company into the vision that we have for it. Along the way I’ve met a variety of new fears like the feeling that I’m not good enough or I have no business doing this, the feeling that I am way out of my league, and even the feeling of questioning my decision. But, with each of these feelings I try to remind myself that I worked hard to get to a point where I could take a risk to explore a passion I’ve had since I was young. As long as I give it my all and do everything that I can within my control that’s what matters. This journey is not about perfection, it’s about growth (both personally and hopefully for my business)!
In the most unlikely places you could meet the most influential people and they can show a life beyond what your living. Be open minded, time is an expense we can't afford to waste.
Ask yourself these 3 questions
1. What do you want out of life?
2. What would you do different to make it happen?
3. What will be your legacy?
For me ...
1. To not be tied down by fear
2. Leap with both feet in faith
3. That I touch/inspire everyone I come encounter with and my kids are so proud of me that they continue my endeavors.
Cardio day , I love the 1 minute intervals and holds in between! After about 30 minutes of agony lol I did some freestyle core work! #mythoughts while working out this am....
Life is so unpredictable- one minute you can be on a high soaring like an eagle on top of the world and then next come falling fast waiting to crash in the ground!
One day you can be head over heels in love and fully confident in a relationship and then boom how did that happen-here I am heart broken again?
One minutes you can be talking with a loved one and the next get a call they have passed on!
“Oh Hey look I’m finally back on my feet, my bank account is full and my savings is going great - then boom car broke down, lost my job, maybe you got a ticket and the bills start piling up.... 🤯
Here’s what I am thinking about honestly at the gym..... think about all those times that happen!!! What happen to you... you made it! You adjusted your wings and you made it! It didn’t kill you - your still breathing! Maybe with some bruises but your alive! Unfortunately, a lot of the time most of us get very bitter, resentful or build anchors that subconsciously weight is down and make us live a life that is full of negative thinking of fear, anxiety and worry. We lose hope to try again on love, lazy to give it another shot, feearful of what other bomb is gonna come again when you do fix everything for the “umpteenth” time!
Here’s a thought- just fix your thinking! Work on it everyday’ and yes it’s hard! But do you want to stay positive! Adjust your sails! Smile at every moment life gives you - happy or sad! Know that your gonna make it bc whatever you can’t handle your Father in Heaven can!
So just trust the process and do your best! Love yourself, continue love others! Work, save, work , and enjoy the little life you can! F*** everything else! Life is too short guys!

Your life is about you. How you feel and how you perceive each life situation. As we are all co-creators of every our moment so it is time NOW to start owning it. Asking right questions as what has attracted this into my life and how can I change it so it will not repeat again and again. .
Human tendency is to blame others what they said and what they did. We all been there and fall there every now and then.
No time to blame or criticise yourself nor others. Just stop and think why it is in your life. .
Start to own your life and this is how you claim your power. .
Use each negativity in your life as a gift so you can improve for better and more beautiful.
You are powerful, start believing in yourself❤️
