Good exercises to start with for runners are
Whatever you will find on your way you can use to train your body
7 step circuit no rest or as short as needed
Alternating walking lunge
2 feet longjumps
Start with 1 lunge each leg
And 2 pushups
Every round you increase the repetition in each exercise with 1
You end first session with 14 lunges or 7 left and 7 right
7 longjumps, 2 feet together and
If you like, take a 5 or 6 minute break and go for 3 rounds
You will have a 25 minute training session if you are a fit person
No equipment or gym is required. Build muscle and burn fat anywhere

An outdoor action shot, I'm making progress. Really enjoying running at the moment which I don't think I ever have. Probably because I've only ever run hard which is not enjoyable, and now I'm just running easy. Run slow to run fast apparently.
If you're wondering how I took this shot, I went into a field where no one could see me, propped my phone up against the fence and used an app called open camera to take repeated interval shots. I then ran back and fourth over 10m for 30 seconds hoping that a photo had been taken of what looked like me actually running. Not bad for my first attempt I'll take it. Have a great weekend.

Confession: I've never been the sort of person who can just 'accept and do'. Maybe it's the journalist/writer in me. Maybe it's the #recoveringperfectionist . But I want to know why and if we could do this better.⠀
It's something I bring to all my class plans, #pilates or #fitness , there's always a reason. I do my best to explain as we go (without ending up lecturing rather than leading a class).⠀
It's also something I bring to any class I attend. I want to know why. And if someone tells me something needs to be done a certain way I need to know why but I also want to know perhaps if we are prepared to do something differently, if we might break the mould a little.⠀
Most importantly, I'd encourage you to always ask why. Of a trainer. Of a class instructor. Of a team member. ⠀

Muchas veces le decimos a alguien que está en su peso y con adecuado IMC, ! oye que estás [email protected]!!!😖, casi como una critica, teniendo como estándar de comparación alguno que probablemente esté fuera de rango saludable. Con ello no estamos haciendo otra cosa que normalizar el sobrepeso, estar delgado no es negativo, es bajos niveles de grasa y en el peso adecuado, mientras que flaco es el que está bajo en peso para su tamaño, que es algo muy distinto!.👌🏻 #timetoplay @team_killer_valdivia@fthaus_sport .
Was a tough fight at yesterday‘s bavarian xc running champs 🥵
Especially the really muddy passages costed a lot of power. But what doesn‘t kill you makes you stronger 😉
Running form is getting better, but of course i’m not satisfied yet as there is still a lot of room for improvement 💪🏼
