I was fortunate enough attend the Salesforce World Tour that took place in Atlanta this past week, and daaaaaaaannnng, Salesforce has a billion more capabilities than I was previously aware of. I already had been familiar with AppExchange and objects, but Maps? Artificial Intelligence? Voice Activation? Einstein?
