Just a 6inch for me this year 😏but instead of 4 layers I used 6 to be extra. Vanilla sponge layered with half salted caramel and half biscoff. Topped with caramel blondies drizzled with salted caramel and chocolate biscoff round the edge.
Please note I’m now off for a week so replies will be slow while I stuff myself with cake and gin. 🥂 🍰 .
Das Zeug macht wirklich süchtig und es lohnt sich, immer ne Ladung von diesen leckeren kleinen Teilen im Tiefkühlschrank zu haben. Total clean, vegan und glutenfrei. Wer Probleme mit Fructose hat, kann alternativ zum Ahornsirup auch mal Reissirup oder Tapioka Sirup testen. Ich weiß allerdings nicht, ob es dann so geil wird. Ich hatte nicht mehr genug Ahornsirup und hab mit Agavendicksaft gestreckt. I always considered that #carrotcake goes very well with #saltedcaramel topping so I added my #vegan#homemade sauce to the cake. Not only did it spark the flavor but also acted as a sweetener. Topping the cake with walnuts, almonds and salted caramel sauce makes this absolutely decadent. What’s your favorite topping? 🤗😋👩🏻🍳

Hotteok Salted Caramel Doughnuts ft @MaldonSalt by @donalskehan from Donal's Asian Baking Adventure on SBS Food, inspired by the hotteok pancakes he ate when he visited Korea.
550g plain flour, plus extra for dusting
50g caster sugar
2 large eggs
50g butter, softened
2tsp dried yeast
120g toasted peanuts, finely chopped
120g dark brown sugar
75g sunflower seeds
Salted caramel glaze
110g soft dark brown sugar
75ml double cream
A generous pinch Maldon sea salt, or to taste
85g icing sugar
2L vegetable oil for frying
1. To make the doughnuts, place the flour and caster sugar in a large mixing bowl and make a well in the centre. Add milk, eggs, softened butter and yeast to the bowl together with 175 ml of water and, using your hands or a wooden spoon, combine the ingredients until you have a dough.
2. Turn the dough out onto a floured work surface and knead for 8–10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Form the dough into a smooth ball and place it back in the bowl. Cover with cling film and leave in a warm, dark place to rise for about 45 minutes, until the dough has doubled in size.
3. To make the peanut filling, set aside 2 tablespoons of chopped peanuts. Mix together the remaining peanut filling ingredients and set aside.
My third entremet is my best yet! Still has aesthetic improvements to be made but it tasted heavenly, decadent and all the textures were spot on.
A vanilla white chocolate mousse, salted caramel insert, on a madeleine browned butter sponge and a home-made feuilletine & biscoff crunch.

Oie! Como tá o carnaval, gente? Por aqui tá bem gordo! Kkkk... Domingo fiz essa cheesecake original de caramelo salgado, receita da @raizacostaofficial e sério, já se tornou minha receita de cheesecake definitiva. Agora só vou brincar com as coberturas mesmo... Falando nelas, foi minha primeira vez fazendo caramelo e não saiu 100%. Embora pra minha mãe tenha ficado muito bom, eu não curti muito, senti um amargor no final. Vou ter que dar uma aprimorada nessa minha (falta de) técnica. Se fizerem a receita, lembrem de embalar bastante bem a forma pra não entrar água no banho-maria. De resto é partir pro abraço, pq é facinha. Xeros!

The Very Special Sundae at @caffepanna is always a great move! It's the best thing on the menu along with the daily special sundae and affogato sundae.
