Calculate it for yourself, and be comfortable with that number.
We can all agree that your net worth is not indicative of your self worth, but does help boost self confidence/esteem if you earned every penny of it. ✅
I have been obsessively tracking my net worth for over a decade now, and when I was $60K in debt 🆘, I was so incredibly sad about these net worth calculators that proclaimed I should have 1/2 my salary in savings by now (I was $60K in debt, earning $65K, and about $90K away from my goal), as well as how I needed to have double that by a certain age, etc.
I never thought I would be able to get anywhere close to that, but I thought - hey, progress upwards 📈, is better than no progress at all right?
And I kept plugging away at my debt, and looking not only for ways to trim my expenses 🗑 (what everyone in the personal finance community always harps on about), but to INCREASE my income 🎈so that I have way more room to play with (something personal finance folks tend to not really talk much about, frankly).
I went from earning $67K to $260K in a span of 3 days by quitting my job (commence nail biting) to landing a contract (RELIEF 💆🏻♀️!), and the rest is history.
Don't let anyone or site define what you are worth based off some calculators. They are giving generic advice, and don't know YOUR unique journey and what you want out of life. Some people want to retire early on a bare minimum lifestyle 🙅🏻♀️, others like me, do not want to be anywhere close to that 🙍🏻♀️.
To read more about my New Age-y stance on saving for retirement and how much I think I will need 🔮, head on over to my bio link to read my post.
Tonight’s my work Christmas party! First time work is actually paying for food and drinks too!!! .
It’s in the city so I’m going to catch public transport and ensure I’m taking it easy. I really don’t think I’ll spend the whole time there even though it is on a Friday as I have my best friends birthday tomorrow and would rather not be hungover for that! .
Grateful to everyone that attends one my vision board event. It’s always amazing seeing a blank poster board go to a work of art and then a board of manifestation.
Having an event this year was something I was holding off on because I was not fully aligned as I sat down in the now to think I finally realized the same steps that brought me so far are the same I need to get this done this year. The moral of the story was that you shouldn’t make major decisions when your feelings and health are not fully aligned.
What dreams do you have and feel so strongly about bringing to life? .

In my story this morning I said I'd go a little more in depth regarding my husband's job opportunity so here it is:
The job would be for a large tech company in North Carolina. We can't say much because of the type of position/clients he'd be getting but it would be an amazing move for his career.
The position is currently contract to hire but once he converts he gets bonuses which will push his income alone over what we currently make combined. 😍 As a family we are working towards my husband being the only income so this would be such a blessing.
Needless to say we are praying hard that this is why Amazon turned him down for the Nashville job. We are more than willing to pay to relocate ourselves for this type of opportunity for him!
His interview with the hiring manager and a current technical employee is tomorrow at 10:30 am. Please give us your prayers, good vibes, etc. 💕
48 days until the new year. Have you been able to accomplish any of your financial goals yet, or are you on track? 📸: @jtaylorstudios

Drink To Your Health: NingXia!
Want to support your body going into Fall?? This is YOUR drink friend!! Immunity Support ✔️
Supports Brain Health ✔️
Supports Joint Health ✔️
Supports Hormone Health ✔️
Curb Sugar Cravings ✔️
Ningxia Red is a powerful antioxidant supplement drink made from wolfberry puree, blueberry, plum, cherry, aronia, and pomegranate juices, grape seed extract, Yuzu, Tangerine, Lemon, and Orange essential oils, stevia and pure vanilla extract for flavor, and naturally occurring preservatives for stabilization.
What exactly are antioxidants?!?!
Antioxidants are substances or nutrients in our food which can prevent or slow the oxidative damage to our body. When our body cells use oxygen, they naturally produce free radicals (by-products) which can cause damage. Antioxidants act as "free radical scavengers" and hence prevent and repair the damage done by these free radicals.
How about you? Do you like the idea of cleaners at work in your system? Want to reverse some damage done over time?
In a world where it can be hard to get all the good stuff we need going into our bodies, I sure am grateful to have this for my family!
TELL ME, who is excited about NINGXIA?!?!

We only have $2.59 left until payday in a day and a half😱. I’m serious about only having $2.59 left, but I’m kidding about the “😱.” It’s not really a “😱” event because guess what:
☑️My husband and I are both aware we only have $2.59 left
☑️All the bills are paid
☑️Cars are gassed up and fridge is stocked
☑️We have an emergency fund, just in case
☑️The bank account doesn’t really say $2.59 because we have some money set aside for our mortgage payment
☑️We already sent money to retirement savings and $600 to Emergency Fund savings
We can handle a couple no spend days! This is the power of budgeting. It might look like we’re broke, but we’re not broke, all the right goals are just being smashed!
So far, November is going GREAT! I’ve been budgeting twice a week and it’s helping me stay on top of our spending and the reality of the bank account so we don’t have any false assumption that there is money to spend! #spenders#budget#debtfree

You know what I don’t eat? Rice and beans and sometimes I even eat at a restaurant. This is why I consider myself @daveramsey light. I don’t follow his advice perfectly and I enjoy eating out.
But I love a good deal! ⬇️ are 4 tips to save money on your restaurant bill.
1️⃣A lot of restaurants now charge $3+ for a soda. Why?! Skip the soda and go for water.
2️⃣I love using coupons, reward points, discounted gift cards from @raise and @groupon when I eat out. I can easily knock 20% off my bill.
3️⃣and 4️⃣If you’ve travelled outside of the US you know how huge our portions are compared to other countries. Save some money by ordering an appetizer, splitting your meal or taking half home for a second meal.
Now that's goals 👏 Check our #linkinbio for the latest coupons from thousands of stores 😎🛒

I want to be able to do what I want, when I want to do it. That's why I'm working so hard, in order to live life on my own terms. People say money is power, and I believe it. It gives you the power of freedom.
🔗Click the link in my bio and look under Special Offers. Get it for $47 vs $67. This is an instant replay of the masterclass.
Testimonial from one of my clients:
I knew I needed to teach my kids about money, but I didn't know what was age appropriate. It helped by identifying the age appropriate things they should know about money. I haven't implemented anything yet so not to much has changed. However beginning next month, I will show my 7 and 8 yr old how I pay my bills and how to read them. I would recommend this webinar.
I wasn't teaching my kids anything about money at all. This masterclass helped me understand how my kids learn and what I should be teaching them. She really broke it down by age. I was impressed. I ordered the debit card she uses for her kids and my son loves it. I would definitely recommend you attend this class if you want to teach your kids about money.
