Every day I start my day with a affirmation. it helps with putting away any type of negativity or disappointment you may have experienced and turning around into attracting positive energy.
It would be great if we could self-regulate our emotions, dialing back on our anger when we feel ourselves losing control (for example). But emotions involve our natural, instinctive feelings. Sometimes these are in response to a specific situation or event; other times they're influenced by our own brain chemistry. In other words, we can't always control how we feel.

Imagine one fine morning it's a blissful weather outside and the minute you grab your phone and realised that social apps doesn't exist anymore. No more handles, no more stories, you have no followers. I can imagine what kind of situation it would become - a situation with panic attack, because follower-magnet strategy doesn't exist. As it will be the time when you will have date with real yourself.
Strangely most of us are playing the game of becoming somebody, where the game to be played is of becoming nobody. The amount of happiness, content life, where we have no place for any ego. All we can do is love everyone, serve everyone and be real, that is the one of the joy of becoming nobody.
As we learned last week, it is vital for our personal growth to #Recognize what is happening in our emotional and physical body. This recognition allows us to shift from being reactive to being intentional with our response to a trigger.
The second step in the #InnerRevolution is to #Reconnect which is often hard to do in the midst of a trigger. Our natural inclination is to fight, flight or freeze which takes our prefrontal cortex offline and we lose the ability to make conscious decisions.
Reconnection can look like reciting a mantra, saying a prayer, listening to a guided meditation, calling a safe person, or doing some deep breathing techniques. Whatever allows you to get back in to your body and get your brain out of reactive mode.

Today someone compared me to some lady, said they are hotter, beautiful and amazing than me. It hit me hard but in that same instance I realized how beautiful, smart and unique I am, truth be told I don't need anyone's approval. Why do you do what you do?
The incredible @bradmontague recently shared with me that “sometimes we do things FOR love or FOR satisfaction when we could be doing things FROM love or FROM a deep satisfaction.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
His words grabbed me, and now I think about this concept all the time—so of course I had to draw it. 😍 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Am I operating FOR joy, or FROM deep joy? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Am I doing this FOR MORE (e.g. impact, reach, etc.) or FROM MORE (e.g. self-worth and knowing I’m already enough)? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Am I being motivated FOR POWER, or am I acting FROM POWER?
Whenever I feel stuck or out of flow in my creative process, I often find that my motivation is out of alignment with what I truly value. When I recalibrate and reorient my focus, I return to flow. 🌊 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What is motivating you? ✨
When it comes to manifesting your goals, it can be difficult to be trying SO hard and not getting results. Here are the most common reasons at play when this is happening
1: Being Too Attached - When you’re too attached to your goal, you push it away. Being needy is a repellant energy. If you are constantly taking score or looking to see if your goal has been met, you are too attached to the result. The key is to detach and to have faith that it is happening. You don’t have to watch your email inbox to see if a new client signed up. You don’t have to wait all night by your phone to see if the guy you like texted you. The more you detach from NEEDING it right this moment, the faster it comes:)
2: Using Negation Words: This is when you frame your desires in a negative way. For example, instead of saying “I want to attract 5 clients into this program”, you say things such as “I don’t want 0 clients to sign up” or “I don’t want to experience no clients in my business”. This may seem harmless, but the way we WORD our desires makes a really big difference. Always frame your desires and goals in a positive way. .
3: Being Impatient: This is similar to being attached, but has to do with being too impatient with WHEN something is going to happen. You have control over what you want to accomplish, but not when/how/where it will happen. The more you take score and try to see what’s going on, the more you will continue to push it away. The key is to be patient, knowing that it will happen at the RIGHT time.
4. Not Having Belief: It’s easy to say that you believe you will get what you want, but it’s different to actually believing it. Saying something doesn’t mean it will happen. You have to believe, at your core, that what you want will come for you. If you have trouble with this, it’s important to work on this piece because you can’t get what you aren’t a match to.

This is what has been whispered to me this past year.
As we awaken, the life skills that involve competition, domination, and control over life, fade. Grateful for the wisdom that comes with surrender. I hope this reaches someone who resonates:
1. How to accept being misunderstood: the practice of being at peace with other people’s perception of you. How to live for yourself, your values, and your unique life purpose regardless of what that brings up in those around you.
2. How to observe rather than react: the practice of daily meditation, and objective observation. Seeing a situation. Grounding yourself in it. Watching how someone’s responding, feeling what is coming up with you. Remaining conscious. Finding choice.
3. How to breathe: how to use the breathe as an anchor. How to breathe from the belly. How to find your breath when your lost in the monkey mind.
4. How to give without expectation: how to truly give. Without seeking. Without motive that always leads to resentment. Giving because you want to and because you can, and because it feels good. It’s why we are here.
5. How to set a boundary regardless of another person’s reaction: how to hold your own limit regardless of how that triggers another person. How to release the idea of relationships as self betrayal. Your boundaries are self care.
6. How to speak your truth without that truth needing to be validated: perception is reality, and no two people share the same perception. Your truth still matters. So does theirs. Ego has right and wrong. Soul knows it doesn’t exist.
7. How to be still in nature: find the quiet. Observe. Stay present. There’s messages for those that sit, and are willing to see.
8. How to witness your ego rather than let it drive hit behavior: the ego is your protector, but it must receive guidance. It needs direction. Direct it or it will direct you #selfhealers
