I don’t often work at home. Truth is, I prefer the office. So blessed I work for myself and can choose.
I only wish I could take Marshall to the office and make him our office cat. He brings my blood pressure down whilst working. 😻
P.S. Totally not sure I should have used the word “whilst.” But, it just felt right.

Meant to post this awhile back. @jaketran.io dropped by my last video! Go check his channel out! My video is currently my most liked and commented, but I know I can still do better! Thanks for the inspiration! Currently working on another video to come shortly!
The sooner we understand this the better life can be.
It can be really, really hard when you hear how you’ve impacted someone else’s reality. Especially when it isn’t for the better. You do not have control on how they perceive that interaction, but you can empathize with them and understand their pain or point of view. That doesn’t mean that’s reality though. Just because two people shared an experience doesn’t mean, one is right and one is wrong, or that there is only one truth. We all have truth but it is filtered through our own lens and our own experience.
Who’s point of view are you not seeing because you feel like it might invalidate your own? Can you get yourself to the point where you understand your truth is your truth, and their truth is also truth? What blocks you from getting there? Which relationship in your life do you struggle with this concept the most? Why?
STRONG 💪🏻 AS A MOTHER !!!
Becoming a coach was a great way for me to stay consistent with my health + fitness goals, especially when people had already been asking me for months what was I doing?!?!
“Sure, that’s a no brainer” I thought- I’ll stay motivated, I’ll help others and I’ll make some income for the effort I’m already putting into and the relationships I’m building.
What I didn’t realize right away, was that the personal development I was already sorta dabbling in, would be CELEBRATED and ENCOURAGED X’S 10!!!!! I dunno about you but that shits hard!!! So it’s been an extra blessing for me PERSONALLY to always have this important part of my wellbeing placed FIRST, in our lives.
PHYSICAL MUSCLES are great, and help you live longer and accomplish more——but that MENTAL muscle, that relationship you have with yourself, that voice in your head that guides you through every choice, every conversation and every experience—-that’s gotta be STRONG 💪🏻 LIKE A MOTHER!!!
I’m digging deep into a BRAND new book, and I’ll be guiding my COACHES to do the same. Like I said, the outside results will come- while we work on our INSIDES first!
Connect with me if you are looking for a STRONGER mindset, and a reward for doing the daily work! 💕

Early morning runs and being outside, even when it‘s cold and dark🏃 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I love being up and doing things which are important to me, especially while others are sleeping. Still, it’s not EASY getting up and out of the house. It’s difficult to start running or working out. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My mind tries to block me from it. I get thoughts like „i‘m going to be sick“, „what if it‘s too much stress“, etc. When I‘m finished I usually feel great and energized, against all doubts. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My advice: Experiment with different times and don‘t push. If your not in good shape or feeling weak after waking up, take time out. Even better if you measure your state, e.g. with an Oura ring, to make better decisions when to go and when to relax. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Then the benefits include: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• oxygen from the fresh air ⠀⠀⠀⠀
• cold exposure with all benefits ⠀
• calming effect of nature ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• boosting metabolism ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• shaking up stiff muscles ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• big wake up call ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• important part done first ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Especially when I‘m busy at work with long days, working out in the morning helps me stick to my training routine. Even it‘s harder on the body, it relieves stress levels as I don‘t have to hurry from the office or cut off clients and colleagues. I still work out some evenings but if possible I get it done first thing! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Are you training in the morning? 👇🏻
Went on a Beautiful 1 Hour Walk during My Lunch Break and had this amazing smoothie.... All natural Strawberry 🍓 Pineapple 🍍 and Kale 🥬 and a 1.5+ mile walk to relax and clear my mind... Didn’t even know Edible Arrangements made smoothies 😳 but Now I do 🙌
Everything is beautiful to someone.
Banff, to me is absolutely gorgeous. But unlike me, there are people who get sick of being in banff; who’ve seen this lake a million times and just want to see something new for a change. You probably feel the same way about your house, your city, your life; but understand that just because you might be sick of where you are or what you’re doing, doesn’t mean everyone else is too. Someone out there wants your life, no matter how dull it may seem to you. Take a moment and look at your own life, what you might find “dull” and try to look at it from a different perspective, you’ll soon start to realize that everything is beautiful to someone, no matter how small it may seem.

I don't want to leave anything on my bucket list. That is 100% transparency.
See, I am the kind of woman who wants to truly experience life. And in doing so, I want to constantly better myself. I continuously raise my goals in efforts to be the best version of myself.
This is why the messy healer is alive. She breathes for every woman who is trying to be her very best. Who dreams of a sisterhood, travel, and deepening connection with herself and the world around her. She is not afraid of the messy, or the mess-ups of one day because she knows she will do better tomorrow. She is indomitable. And her spirit heals her own wounds, and offers permission for others to pursue their own healing path.
2020 is bringing boundless opportunities for every messy healer out there.
From my Hawaii retreat in January @keira_burgess@angearbuckle
and my Portugal retreat in March @tamarafreemandesign
to the Ireland retreat in July.
Opportunities are here for you to start your investment in the travel that you have been dreaming of with the sisterhood and healing practices which you have been wanting to commit to.
Reach out, DM me your questions, or better yet, tell me what is on your bucket list!
Here for you

I believe it's our responsibility to show our communities the value of all people, to celebrate different, and to take a stand for acceptance and inclusion. -Julie Foudy
We need to learn to value each other and our worth. Remember that we are all equal and all have something special to contribute to this world. ✨
Don't forget to show people how much you value them!

Today I had my review for work and I was so anxious for it. Parts of me thinks I'm doing a good job then that voice chimes in and reminds me of every mistake I've ever made.
This review went better then my last and yes I have improved on things but I think I'm getting better control of that voice in my head telling me I'm doing bad. I started doing this thing at the end of the day I tell myself 3 things I did well that day and I'm starting to see my worth and I'm so proud of myself and how far I have come.
My 3 things today...
- I cleaned my room
- While talking about opportunities in my job I did get a little defensive but stayed strong controlling my emotions and didn't let it take over the good from my review - I was very productive on work and caught up on things I got behind in

Great HIIT Strength training this morning with a combination of bodyweight and barbells. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If I‘m short on time I prefer the straight forward approach of a HIIT timer with precise action and recovery times. Keeps me from daydreaming in between sets. It keeps the workout short, around 30-50 minutes and I feel great afterwards. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This workout was 8 exercises a 60sec with 90sec rest:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• 5min warmup (jumping, thaiboxing moves) ⠀⠀⠀⠀
• Pull-ups / Chin-ups ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• Push-ups ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• Handstand Push-ups ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• Weighted lunges ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• Dips ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• Deadlift ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• Bent-over Rows ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• Hanging knee raises ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Took me almost exactly 30 minutes, so it easily fits into the day, even in the morning before breakfast. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
Finished with a cold shower I felt amazing afterwards! But make sure to get enough rest in the days to come. HIIT is taxing on the nervous system.

Hey guys there's a lot of people moaning about being hurt for a hell lot of reasons ranging from personal life to professional life.
Now this is bulls*it.
U are choosing to suffer twice.
First when the Event took place and now by recreating the same event in the mind.
Ur mind can't differentiate between what's imagined and what's real so u experience same emotions twice on your own choice.
Life is meant to hurt you in number of ways u can't imagine.
Life is composed of ups and downs but not of suffering
It's totally up to you , change your attention point.
From not being able to walk from my car to the building without running out of breath 🥵 to working out for 45 minutes a day 💪
From eating something sweet 🍬 every day to eating veggies 🥦 every day
From drinking sweet tea and Mt. Dew 🥤 every day to drinking nothing but water 💦 99% of the time .
From going to almost giving up on myself and living with the "it is what it is" mindset 😫 to lighting that fire that was still burning in me and deciding to adopt the mindset of "life is what I make of it" 🙆♀️
Why not you?? I'm here to help you take back control of your life by sharing the tools that helped me which includes a meal plan, super food shake, workouts, support & accountability and me being by your side every step of the way 👭 All you have to do is take my hand! .
Are you ready?? Comment "let's do this!" to get started! ⬇️

🏆🇺🇸PRESIDENT’S CUP RECAP🇺🇸🏆 I placed🥈in 17+ Male Individual Freestyle Poomsae
⚠️ WARNING long caption comin in hot
To be honest, I was hesitant on posting this, but I believe we should share our experiences whether we’re proud of them or not. .
MAN was this a legendary weekend to remember. I learned SO much, met so many incredible people, and had the absolute honor to participate as a USA Taekwondo National Team member. 🇺🇸
But, I’m definitely upset with myself and my performance. The biggest thing I learned from this tournament is that you should always be prepared for the unexpected. There were many excuses that I initially had in my head on why I didn’t perform(ripped my toe open 1 week out, the music cut out during my routine, added pressure from being on National team, and blah blah blah) .
But at the end of the day, I didn’t perform when it counted the most, and that’s all on me. I’m not upset at the result, I’m upset that all of the reps, training, blood, sweat, etc. were not shown in my performance. But I believe this kind of lesson was needed for me, I’ve never felt more motivated to train harder. .
With that being said, I could not be more grateful for this wonderful experience. I’m so thankful and humbled for all the support from my family and friends who showed up.
I’m so thankful for the USA National team for being so welcoming to me. I was just some random new kid that showed up and had no clue what was going on, and they guided me through everything. Special shoutout to Coach Chuang and @hurdtkd for dealing with me being such a noob, and giving me such valuable advice/help. .
President’s cup was an unforgettable experience. Now, it’s time to get to work 😤🙌🙏❤️🇺🇸

Ideas spark when you least expect them - they are the seeds of greatness and accomplishments. Because at one point, all great things started off with just an idea. Always keep track of your ideas, on a notepad or a tab on your phone. You never know when the best ideas will come, and without writing down and keeping track of your ideas, you don’t know when an idea will slip through your mind. Always have a way to keep track of those ideas. But keep in mind, ideas are worthless without execution. Value your ideas, but value execution more.

🔑 .. the key to a BLISSFUL MORNING.
✔️ Wake up when your alarm goes. ⏰ When we roll over and ignore it, we resist the gift of a new day.
We should instead, open our arms and embrace it. 🥰 That initial energy we share with the day — it matters.
✔️ Move the body. 🦵🏻 You don’t have to complete some insane workout.
On mornings I get straight into work 👩🏽💻 .. and especially whilst I’m laying low with exercise, any movement is sufficient!
💁🏽♀️ .. so stretch, wiggle, throw your arms in the air!
Moving your body sends signals to your brain that it’s time to wake up! 🥳
When we’re not using sunlight as a cue, this is the next best thing for maintaining our circadian rhythm. 🌖
👉🏻 Tell your body to wake FULLY at 5am, and it’ll know to feel sleepy by 8-9pm.
✔️ Enjoy whatever breakfast or fuel YOU need to start the day right! 🥑
Some mornings that includes toast and granola for me 🥣 — a combo best served at @barlogespresso.
Other mornings, I’m ready to go with only a black coffee! ☕️
✔️ Last but not least, take some time to write out your daily goals.
Ask yourself 💭 .. what is it that will make me glad to have lived out this day?
Your answer might lend itself to a task you’ve been avoiding — or to a source of happiness you deserve to indulge in. ✨
Put this at the top of your list.
Then add a meal at @barlogespresso below it. 😋 A good day simply has to involve that PB.
Happy Wednesday everyone! 🤓
Focus not on what you haven’t yet accomplished but rather what you have accomplished.
Remove yourself from your own path, do not allow the old you keep you from the new you that is to come.
Become not the role model you have or didn’t have, but rather the role model you want others to have.
Share the best OF you. Share the best YOU.
I know this sounds like a “no brainer”, but this is my permission to you to not be so hard on yourself. You don’t read minds and you can’t possibly know everything if it isn’t communicated to you.
One the flip side, no one can read your mind. So what might you need to address and explain more?
