THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE AND TRANSPARENT:

2. Once approved, find a Home Partners qualified home.
3. Home Partners buys the qualified home for you to lease.
4. You have the right, but not the obligation, to purchase the home at any time during the first five years (three years in Texas) of your tenancy.

When working with a Lender your Realtor does not have any access to your finances including: income, credit score, tax returns, etc. By law, your lender must keep your personal information confidential.
