I have a few awesome things to celebrate today. First, I'd like to thank everyone for helping me blow past 11k followers last month. So hello to everyone new here, and feel free to scroll through the page to see if you'd like to stick around for the long run. Secondly, I'd like to announce my new sponsorship with the Amazon Influencers program. They reached out recently, and I figured it wouldn't hurt. I basically made a product list of things us Malaise era or budget minded enthusiasts may like. If you purchase anything through that list, I believe I get discounts codes or small sales percentages. I don't know the amounts off hand, but anything helps. Speaking of which, I just picked up an entry level DSLR camera to make more original content and even make full 3d scans of these forgotten classics. Automotive historical preservation is important to me, and while I can't afford to save them all, dammit I can at least capture as many as possible. So keep a heads up on that in the coming weeks. First test will be my 88' Eldorado.
The Amazon Sponsorship link is in my bio and story. I'm taking suggests on random budget minded automotive products the community may want. Oh, I think I can give out discount codes now too. I'm still learning everything, but I'm really excited, so stay tuned.
I can't thank you all enough. I hope you continue to enjoying my ramblings and wannabe historical research!
Anyway, here's a badass Lincoln Marvk IV. Look at those rear meats!
Finally got to see some on the baddest stick shift cars around. Definitely my favorite class and hope sometime soon I'll be able to compete with them. Good weekend working for speedvideo. ___________________________________________________

Unfortunately mother got the best of us yesterday. With minimal precipitation on the forecast, and no rain in sight on any radar, we were hit with a constant mist from around 8:30am until our cancellation at 11am. We hung out at @newenglanddragway until around 1pm and there was no change other then the off and on mist. With that being said we cannot thank all the racers, fans, NED staff, NENT staff, the sponsors, media and everyone involved for a great 2019. The IceBreaker, our street car invitational, and 3 grudge cruises went real well. We look forward to 2020 and being able to bring you that biggest and best NT/Grudge events in New England. A new street car shootout is coming, and all current shootouts will be returning. We are already working on plans for 2020 starting with our schedule. So hang tight!
Sometimes (especially at the #Nurburgring ), things don't go 100% as expected. One's real test is to challenge the consequences also when things go wrong. In yesterday's morning session of qualification to #VLN 8, surface was still wet and cold while I was running on #slicks . Although running slowly on #Hatzenbach on wet line, car refused to negate the #oversteer and I had an intimate meeting with the barrier. #Prost to my first crush in the Nurburgring 🙂🍻✌🏽
This 1500HP GMC was originally purchased for only $1,200. After a few years and a good six figures’ worth of sweat, blood, grease, metal shavings, bruised knuckles and capital outlay, it was transformed into what the builders affectionately call Demon Smurf. #smurf#c10#prostreet#dragrace#slicks#duramax#nhra
