Monday's come around so quick, kick starting the week with a cuppa!☕
I've been so quiet as I have had such a busy weekend! I actually had a full weekend on plan I can't believe it, it has never happened before!
Saturday - I had brunch consisting of bacon medallions, mushrooms, tomatoes and 2 fried eggs
For dinner I had pesto pasta (2syns) with prawns (free)🍤
Sunday - Latte for breakfast as I wasn't hungry (HexA)
Lunch - wagamama chicken ramen (10syns)
Dinner - Beef Roll (HexB) and cucumber sticks (S) and some strawbs (s) 🍓
Monday again 🤦🏻♀️ I don’t really know what I’m doing with my life at the moment, I’m feeling a bit lost. My mind is doing backflips constantly, I keep changing my mind and it‘s just so difficult to make adult decisions! What if I make the wrong one? 🙈
But I do know what I’m doing with @slimmingworld, so whilst I can remain in control of that, I feel like I can keep a grip on everything else. Even with the 183 syn dessert I made at the weekend (and only ate one slice of!) I still feel like I’m on top of this. I’m remaining optimistic for a loss this week, so that’s a win 🤗
Just for fun, I tried on a bridesmaid dress I wore for a friend's wedding a few years ago and couldn't believe that I used To fill it in completely!!!

HoWeVeR, I get a lot of messages off ladies asking for tips and ‘the best way’ to lose weight, and it honestly pains me, you are so desperate to lose 10lbs or fit into clothes from 5 years ago🤦🏼♀️
I want you to be happy, I want you to love yourself and to realise that the point of your life is NOT to lose weight and to know that if you you’ll finally be happy when you fit into your pre-baby jeans or lose that mum-tum you so desperately hate then you’ll be bitterly disappointed
The number on the scales or the number in your jeans does not and should not define your worth – you are more than that and to be happy THAT is what you need to work on
Yes, of course, being a ‘healthy’ weight and size will most certainly benefit you and your health, but it is not the be all and end all – remember that the next time you step on the scales

CAJUN HALLOUMI. If you've never tried Cajun spiced halloumi before, you need to get on it 😍. I simply sliced 40g of halloumi, spritzed the slices with a little oil spray, rolled in @jdseasonings Cajun seasoning, then pan fried for a couple of minutes on each side until crispy. I served on toast with smashed avocado & scrambled eggs for a delicious breakfast 🤤.
