We've just had a quick #Google and discovered something remarkable: although there are several #Indian#restaurants in #Baltimore , none of them take advantage of that perfect naming opportunity and are called "The Baltimore Balti" or "More Balti" or anything like that.
Evidence, if it were needed, that Indian food in the States is in dire need of improvement.
Anyway, no such problems over here in #Blighty where you can easily find all sorts of Indian #treats . Here's an example: #Cofresh#Balti mix, which is a tastier variation on #Bombaymix . The bag is remarkably densely packed and heavy for a #snack , so you definitely get your #VFM . In fact, this one bag lasted over 10 months in the #SnackChat food cupboard being #grazed on occasionally with a #dessert#spoon .

Prawns fry has always been the highlight in the Indian sea food cuisine. It represents the perfect marriage between the flavorus of the spices used in it and the tenderness of the prawns. It takes less than half an hour to prepare but will surely leave you wanting more💕
Ginger garlic-1/2 tsp
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4tsp
Coriander powder- 1tsp
Jeera powder-1/4 tsp
Salt- to taste
Curry leaves- 10sprigs
1. Marinate prawns for 30minutes with GG paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, jeera powder and lemon, salt.
2. Take a nonstick pan; add oil, jeera, let it crackle. Add onions and curry leaves along with salt. Let the onions sauté for 2 mins.
3. Once its done add prawns and cook it for 5 minutes until it curls up. Serve hot.

Single Serve Deep Dish White Choc Raspberry Muffin 🧁
This is one of my favourite recipes from my eBook for a few reasons:
1. It is SO easy and quick to make
2. It’s indulgent, but not overly rich - the balance of sweetness of the raspberries and the white chocolate is just right 👌🏻
3. It’s single serve, packed full of protein, tastes like a dream & makes me feel good 🥰
It’s a winner and I hope you love it as much as I do!
▪️60ml egg whites (I used @pureggandlifeplus )
▪️80ml almond milk
▪️1 tsp baking powder
▪️10g oats or flour of choice
▪️30g @happywayau vanilla pea protein powder
▪️20g frozen raspberries
▪️10g Lindt White Chocolate, cut into chunks.
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, pea protein and baking powder. Stir to combine.
3. Add in the egg whites and almond milk and stir to combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
4. Fold through raspberries and white chocolate until combined.
5. Pour into a single serve, oven-proof ceramic dish, and bake for 10-15 minutes.
6. Dig in while it’s still warm

New Brown Butter Caramel Starbucks Frappuccino bottled drinks are out now! I tried the coffee this morning, and it has a dark caramel flavor. It's good, but not a necessary addition to the bottled Frappuccino line. It would be fun to see trending flavors that push the box a little more - like lavender. Nevertheless, found this at Hy-Vee.

Hudsonville Ice Cream has two new, exciting limited edition flavors! First up is Crispy Cocoa Cereal made with a brown butter flavored base, fudge ripple, and chocolate covered rice cereal. Second is Peanut Butter and Jelly ice cream. It has a peanut butter ice cream base with a strawberry swirl and crunchy peanut brittle pieces. 😋 (P.S.
