The fashion industry has become a major polluter in the world and since the production of "throwaway fashion" has been on the rise over the last decade we are now at a point where 80 billion pieces of clothing are being produced annually.
The chemicals used to manufacture clothes, such as harmful dyes alongside natural resources has a huge impact on nature and can cause a substantial level of damage to the environment.
Many of these clothes produced using precious resources such as water, cotton and viscose end up in landfills across the UK.
The need for solutions to reduce our waste and keep reusing resources in a "circular economy" is something we must all think about and look at alternatives in our day to day.
Come along to our FREE Clothes Swap to find a sustainable solution to shopping.

Adventures along the A40. Our bunkhouse is situated en-route to Pembrokeshire National Park. This weekend we asked other family members to look after our guests, so we could continue the journey along the A40 all the way to the coast. The reason? The 223rd anniversary of the Battle of Fishguard - the last invasion of Britain. Fantastic parade to watch, then we had time to visit @melintregwynt, @stdavidscathedral and @sloopporthgain before our return journey to the Brecon Beacons National Park.
Wales 🏴 never fails to impress... we can see why many of our guests have had similar travel ideas. #visitwales#roadtrip#a40#fishguard#melintregwynt#porthgain#stdavids#pembrokeshire

We may still be in the thick of winter, but it's always sunny in St. Davids. ☀️

Roch Castle, built around 1195, lived in by a mistress of Charles II , visited frequently by David Lloyd George and now restored to be a Luxury Hotel. So if you want to live like a king without the draughty old corridors this is the place to come.
That was just the BEST night🌟 my fan girl dreams came true and she is every bit as charismatic and sincere as she is on TV, so so happy to have @sjdooley answer my question on cyber bullying and mental health - click bait & hypocrisy in the media needs to take a long hard look at itself.
FLOOD UPDATE: Bad news. The shop is closed until further notice. Lots of cleaning to do.
THE GOOD NEWS: The top half of the shop where the @sandscafe have been based this winter is perfectly fine which means the cafe is OPEN! Lyn has baked the most amazing yummy cakes which are for sale!
Thank you all so much for the messages of support and offers to help clean. We’re going to be fine and probably be laughing about this come summer. If you do have some spare time I suggest heading out on the beach with a bag and doing a beach clean. (Litter pickers and re-useable bags available in the shop) It’s so sad the amount of rubbish which has been washed up after the last two storms!!
