Today, we will try our #best to post our activities at least few times a week to help some #parents and #kids get more #supplemental#homeschool#ideas . 👧
We want to #inspire and #motivate other parents to emphasize #fun#learning experience for kids without having to shed out money unnecessarily. #library#time

One of the most empowering things I have found since beginning my journey with doterra is, my ability to be proactive with mine and my family's health.

There are so many other supplements offered by doterra as well. Please reach out if you have any questions about these or to find out what other ones are available.

A provincial forage and beef specialist says waterlogged pastures can suffer considerable damage when cattle are turned out for supplemental feeding, and management is needed to minimize that sod damage. Keeping feed sources mobile or in multiple locations are a couple of the suggested ways that severely damaged sod and major pasture repairs can be avoided. Get a variety of advice about supplemental feeding and soggy pastures on our website. #soggypastures#feeding#supplemental#spreadtraffic#management#albertafarmer
Dinner in Rome: as @rachelaliceroddy’s guinea pig for differing thicknesses of pasta encasing ricotta and lemon; a devilish rabbit cacciatore (very quickly and satisfyingly a fingers rather than forks job); and almond biscuits accompanied by cherries, nespole and apricots. What a treat.
Highlighting her weekend column in @guardianfeast might well be what I miss most since shelving #Supplemental . Do click into her latest on the matter of parmigiana di melanzane.

As part of my weekend collaboration with the brilliant @rocketandsquash and his weekly #Supplemental write-up, I made *THIS* delicious sticky chicken dish with honey and soy glaze... 🔥🍯🍗 Inspired by the lovely @rachelkhooks (who's #rkkitchennotebook recipes were featured in @TelegraphFood) ... I pimped up my version with some extra chillies and a touch of 5-spice. 🍴🍃👌 I love Rachel's recipe because it's super easy, completely fuss free and finger-licking-good! Definitely a crowd pleaser for the next dinner party (her latest cookbook is full of great ideas). 👉 Read more about my weekend cooking adventures over at @rocketandsquash 😉

There’s nothing sweet about what too much sugar does to your diet and your health. Sugar has been linked to obesity, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, certain cancers, acne, wrinkles and other signs of accelerated aging. But did you know that sugar is as addictive as cocaine, and it’s also damaging to your liver and your brain? What’s more, cancers use sugar to fuel their growth.
The average American now consumes 100 pounds of sugar each year. Americans’ daily sugar intake is about 20 teaspoons each -- more than 300 calories from added sugars alone.
Stevia is low in calories. One packet of stevia, which is equivalent to 2 tsp. of sugar, provides 5 calories and 1 g of carbohydrates. Stevia extract, which is a liquid form of the sweetener and often sold in health food stores, contains no calories. On the other hand, 2 tsp. of sugar provides 30 calories and 8 g of carbohydrates. Since people often use more than 2 tsp. of sugar, the calories quickly can add up.
Stevia is not only a safe and tasty sugar alternative, but also a potent natural compound that provides multiple health benefits. While the sweetener can improve glucose tolerance and reduce insulin needs, stevia can also lower elevated blood pressure.
