Dessert full of surprises
This Taco is made up of thick cone crust filled with chocolate ice-cream and lots of other sweet substances such as m&ms, chocos etc. This dish delivers a complete package of satisfaction to end your meal.

Lately, I had uploaded a picture of Sheera which I had offered as a Prasad to Lord Ganesha at our society pandal, and a lot of you loved it. So, here’s the recipe of it!
1 small bowl- melted ghee
1 small bowl- rava/suji/semolina
2.5 cups- lukewarm milk
1 cup- sugar
Cardamom powder as required
Mix nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios and raisins) as required
In a hot pan, add melted ghee and rava. Rava should soak in the ghee, if it doesn't, add some more ghee.
Stir the mixture till the rava turns light brown.
Gradually add the lukewarm milk and keep stirring to avoid the formation of lumps.
Add sugar and cardamom powder.
Stir until it thickens.
Add the required nuts and serve it warm. .
Note: I used these measurements to make it for six people.
Sooji ka halwa
1 1/2 cup sooji(semolina)
1 cup sugar or you can add or reduce as per taste
1/2-1 cup oil
4 to 5 Cardamom (illachi)
Almonds for garnishing (1/4 cup)
1. Add oil to the pan and heat it up and add cardamom and sugar.
2. Cook sugar until it starts to melt then add water to it.
3. Wash the sooji and add right away to the sugar mixture and keep the spatula moving and when it starts to thicken add almonds and mix.

Fried milk is a typical dessert from spain. This dessert is best served immediately after frying.It is crispy on the outside and smooth and custardy on the inside.
2 cup Milk
1 cup Milk
½ cup Corn Flour
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Corn Flour
¼ cup Caster Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1 inch Cinnamon
1 Lemon Zest
100 gm Bread Crumbs
Take ½ cup of corn flour, 1 cup of milk. Mix it well & keep it aside.
In a pan add 2 cup of milk, 1 inch cinnamon, 1 lemon zest. Bring it to boil.
Remove cinnamon & lemon zest from milk & add ½ cup of sugar, corn flour batter. Cook for 5 minutes.
Apply butter to one bowl & put the mixture into it. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
After 2 hours take it out & cut it into pieces.
Dip those pieces into corn flour & egg. Coat it properly with bread crumbs & Fry it into oil.
Mix ¼ cup of caster sugar & 1 tsp cinnamon powder. Coat the pieces with it.

1/2 cup Semolina
1 cup Milk
½ cup Milk Powder
1 tbsp Purified Butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup Water
7-8 Saffron Strands
In a pan add 1 tbsp purified butter, 1 cup of milk, ½ cup of semolina. Cook for 5 minutes.
After that add ½ cup of milk powder into it & make a dough. Form small balls out of this mixture.
Fry it into pan until golden brown.
For sugar syrup:
Combine 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, 2 cardamom, 7-8 saffron strands. Boil it to one string consistency & switch off the flame.
Keep gulab jamun into sugar syrup & soak it for half hour.
Serve this mouth-watering gulab jamun.
