Wednesday Wisdom : An often neglected area of practice by golfers sand shots often present a great variety of options but as golfers we need a basic shot and to understand our equipment.
3 simple tips for sand play
1) keep it simple, a square stance with a SW and the right understanding of ground pressure and body rotation will get the ball out every time (subject to the lie)
2) Keep the speed, with the loose sand as a cushion for the strike a key bunker principle is maintaining the speed through impact to send the ball high and land it soft
3) For longer distance sand shots practice with different clubs to see how the ball reacts. This allows you to play the shot requiring the least effort that offers the best result #play#practice#sand#shot#golf#swing#golfswing#skill#close#likeforlikes#instagolf#improve#low#score#trump#pga#coach@trumpgolfdubai@trackmangolf

Potential ep artwork?
Almost done writing the ep. Pretty excited to put it out.
Seeing these 3 clips together should be all you need for the way the upper body works! Thank you @tornadobaseballtraining for the last 2 clips. (The orange piece is the head, the red lines are the elbows and shoulders, and the wood stick is the bat) Bust this move and add some side bend/tilt and you have the upper half of your swing!
