Last Sunday at work for a few months today and only 2 more shifts till I'm fully back on maternity leave again.
So for breakfast I had yogurt (0.5) and granola (heb) without any speed as iv ran out. Plus I also had a slice of roulade (2.5). Then for lunch left over pasta bolognaise with melted cheese (hea).
Then Before I left for work I put a speedy chicken curry into the slow cooker for dinner, just cooked some rice when I was ready 😃. Then pudding was one of my Pudsey cakes (8) and the last hit of roulard (2.5)
We’re having a quiet Sunday... breakfast was cereal and 2 satsumas. Lunch is tomato, onion and herb pasta (0.5) with pulled chicken and spinach. Zach is having a wee nap and then we are planning to visit granny and grandad 🥰

An egg Mayo sarnie (heb & 0.5syns), with lettuce and cucumber. A slice of roulade (2.5) syns and a latte with a little light cream (3)
How great is this dairy milk packaging?! 🙌
30p a bar goes to @age_uk and they've removed the words for the 225,000 older people who regularly go a whole week without speaking to anyone. So sad to think that this is the case, such a fantastic cause.
. @cadburyuk 👏👏👏
I actually have a neck 🙈.
I keep replaying in my head my first day I stepped on the scales. Frightened of the weight I had become and frightened too look at it. I blind weighed until Biggest Loser this year.
I'm well on my too finishing my journey and when I finish I would have lost 12 Stone. Get the tummy off hopefully another stone. 🤞
2nd day of the holidays here and the sun is shining.
The picture on the left is that ONE picture we all have that we hate of ourselves. That picture is nearly a year old.
I sit and look at that picture most days when I'm having a rubbish day and just remind myself I'm no longer that person anymore.
That girl couldnt walk up the stairs, she couldnt touch her toes, couldnt see her toes, couldnt walk without breathing so heavy, would snore, couldnt fit on rides, spent most of her days napping and not being able to do house work.
Take nearly a year later I can do all those things and more. Your lifestyle change can only come from you, you're the one that can better yourself. Once you get started you won't stop until your happy.
