A lot of people notice I'm ALMOST ALWAYS positive & in a good mood! This leads to the assumption that everything is perfect and I don't get stressed. Why? Is it because I don't practice a common 'unhealthy' stress coping mechanism that many people do & that's to be rude to others when things aren't going my way? (its proven, being rude to others when you're stressed releieves the 'pain' as if you've taken an asprin)
Truth is we ALL experience some type of stress daily... what's different is how we handle it individually so it doesn't handle us.
Instead of focusing on the things that are stressing you out & pouring fire on the 🔥, train your mind to remain calm! This will help you make better decisions and help you bounce back no matter what or how many setbacks you encounter.

2012 was the year of my first half-marathon and I was 50 lbs heavier than I am right now. One thing that has always remained the same though is my focus. Once I have my mind set on doing something, I do it. ⠀
There have been races where the heat was unbearable or the course was ridiculously hilly and challenging or I had hip or knee pain. Could I have quit? Sure. No one would blame me. But that thought is the last to cross my mind. I don’t quit! I may slow down, I may walk, I might quietly complain about the pain I’m in or how hard it is, but I will NEVER quit. ⠀
That’s the person you’re getting as a coach and a leader in my business. Someone who will NEVER quit.....on herself or you! That’s something important to know about me and someone you should want in your corner. It’s easy to quit. It’s easy to take the route that’s more comfortable. But that’s not me. Never has been. ⠀

We are creatures of habit and our lives are cyclical. To take control, we must master our habit cycles.
We have to begin with the little things because they lay the groundwork for everything else to be built upon.
Have an intention for each day, and use these simple steps to create helpful, healthy habits:
1. Identify the cue that initiates a routine
2. Replace the routine with something better
3. Reward yourself for the better routine
4. Stay consistent
It’s best to start off with small, manageable goals like prepping food ahead of time or making your bed in the morning and build up to the big habits you want to have.
Once you have a solid foundation of good habits, and all the little things are always settled and improving the ease and efficiency of you daily life, your goals and dreams will feel easier and easier to accomplish.
Something that I personally struggled with in improving my habits was that I would aim too high and get disappointed when I didn’t meet the goal, and then get down on myself about it, and even think maybe I’m just not the kind of person for those kinds of habits.
I had to remember that I was building a pyramid, and that my highest goal would be at the very tip top, and I needed to lay brick by brick down and work my way up.
Start with the little things and take control of your life so that you can build the life of your dreams!

Confidence is the willingness to try! Quote by Mel Robbins in the audiobook Take Control of Your Life. It takes confidence to try new thing, start a new business, not giving up when you really want something and believe in yourself when you feel like you are the only one. But it is the mindset what is holding you small. I learned this last weekend a lot about my mindset. I thought that I had no fears, no doubts and believe in my self. But I had to recognize that I had to change a lot of my thinking habits in order to move forward. We are often our worse enemy when it come to how hard we are on ourselves. I really recommend audiobook Mel Robbins, Take control of your life. If you feel like you can grow in believing in yourself and recognizing where your thoughts are making your small.
Workout 95 & 96
Workout 96 was Lit Cardio and lit my ass on fire!
Workout 95 was Freestyle Flow and was my most emotional workout to date. I cried. I mean, like ugly cry, sobbbbbed.
Shit, am I ever feeling all the feels coming up to the finish line.
I’ve never committed to something for 💯 days and not quit. There is a profound change that happens when you make a big commitment outside your comfort zone! I can literally taste the sweetness of crossing that finish line y’all!!
I know in my heart that this is not the end, but truly the beginning of so many fucking incredible opportunities and experiences. I’ve learned and seen just how wildly capable I am! 💯 .

I was reading about purpose and this just hit me. I was always looking for the one and only right purpose for me. But yes, purpose doesn’t have to be one thing for your entire life. Purpose might change while you grow and live. So don’t be afraid of being on the wrong path. Just follow the path, move and do what feels right. If it starts feeling wrong, you didn’t waste time, you just change direction. The journey, growth, life might be the purpose. What do you have to share? Then share!

Where I live in Canada, I can easily find organic kiwis at my local health food market, and grocer—and they are very reasonably priced too ($4.00 per bag).

In the last few months it's become so apparent to me that so many people with big dreams don't take any steps towards achieving them because they see other people doing amazing things and they don't think they match up to them.
• "Yeah, but they're just good at that sort of stuff."
• "I couldn't do that, I'd like to, but it's not going to happen."
• "I'm useless, it wouldn't work."
• "Yeah right. I wish."
Does any of this sound familiar? If so, ask yourself why you believe that. Be honest with yourself. Why don't you believe you could be successful? Why do you think anyone else is more deserving or skilled than you? How do you think anyone else got started?
It's amazing how having a good vision of yourself achieving your goals can keep you motivated, inspired, on the right track, and make things seem more doable. If you start shifting your mindset to "I will do this" and start asking "How can I do this...", magical things start to happen! You'll see yourself take on a different frame of mind, which will do wonders for your life and your mentality.
My life lesson of 2019
Living with #endo is exhausting and frustrating especially when flares come at unexpected or unwanted times! Like last week 🤦♀️ while I push through at work because that’s what you do 💛
But I’m learning to listen to my body more and rest when a flare comes up rather then try push through and end up even more fatigued.
I use to feel guilty for having to rest for days or even weeks but now it’s just what I chose to do. I’m trying to embrace the ‘down time’ by catching up on reading, podcasts or a Netflix must watch show or my fave McLeods Daughters 🐴
Yes, it’s frustrating knowing there is no cure for #Endo and it’s a disease I’ve been living with since I was 12 😵, but I’m trying to trust the process and change my attitude!

Every learning might not dwell you the specific destination you want to reach. Being said this, you don't have to be disappointed rather be open towards the alternatives that's waiting for you. Knowledge seeking process is never a waste rather it somehow & somewhere might get utilized directly or indirectly. Be proud of taking the risk and accepting the challenges -that's what life for.
Here, reflecting the times that I tried my work as makeup artist- it was a conscious decision and enjoyed every bit of it!
Being out in the woods - or in nature generally- is an altogether different type of stress management. It’s not only relaxing but also rejuvenating. You can meditate on the past, present, and future objectively which is hard to do when you feel stuck ‘in the middle of it.’ I’m blessed to have the opportunity to get out of the city often. But if you can, I recommend your local park. It really is that different. Stress management is linked to better health in a myriad of diseases, so do it because it’s better for you and because it’s fun ☺️🌲🐿

I think the biggest mistake people make is 𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. Instead of going for that weight loss goal, they convince themselves that they will “start tomorrow” or “start at the new year” or whatever that date is for them in the future that never comes.
You guys.....there will never be a perfect time to get started. How about you take those 73 𝒅𝒂𝒚𝒔 of your ʟɪғᴇ and 𝘂𝘀𝗲 them to get ahead of those new year resolutions. How amazing would it be to leave 2019 stronger and leaner while welcoming 2020 healthier than ever?!

I grew up with my parents showing me hard work ethic. They both worked full time jobs and balanced raising a family, with limited time off.
This work ethic is something that instilled in me, and I got my first salary paid job in my third year of university. 💼
I moved across the country and got another full time salary job, in another office. 👔
But shortly after, something wasn’t sitting right.. My office was filled with people up into their 70s. Health deteriorating but they couldn’t afford to retire. People in their 50s counting down their last years until they could retire. And everyone at my office telling me to prepare to be a “lifer”. 👵🏼 I had seen so many people going down the same path, get a job, get a house, start a family, retire at 55-65, then travel and live your life. 🌎
I’ve always dreamed about retiring early, but walking in my parents footsteps and everyone else’s foot steps before them, it wasn’t realistic.
Until I realized that there is another way. ✨
The rest of my life doesn’t have to be my wrists handcuffed to an office cubicle. ⛓
It doesn’t have to be counting down to Friday and dreading Monday.
It doesn’t have to be patiently waiting for my vacation time only for it to pass and have to wait another year until I can take more time off.
That’s not how it has to work. ❌
I got so caught up in the way it used to be and the way it worked for others that I didn’t truly evaluate how it could and would work for me.
In the day and age of the internet, wifi and social media, working a 9-5 in an office is a choice we actively make. At least it has been for me. 🤦🏻♀️ I want to live an abundant life, without having to worry about booking time off to go home and see my family, or running out of paid vacation days. Without dreading the Monday’s and counting down to the Fridays. I want to live a life the way I want to. I want to be able to drive across the country, boyfriend by my side and dogs in the backseat and spend a month back home.
No alarms, traveling, doing what I love, spending time with who I love. ✨😌💛 Continued in the comments 👇🏼

These moments are the reason I wanted to be a mom. I guess I knew deep down that I always wanted to be a parent that was home with my children, but it never occurred to me that it could ever be a possibility.
Enter this job. I get to spend my time helping others to feel amazing AND learn how to make this biz work for them so they can live a life they love. I literally get paid to help people GLOW up. Not only that, but it allows me the flexibility to work my own hours and be a SAHM all at the same time. Sure it’s not easy, but it is insanely rewarding. And knowing that I’ll never miss any of her most important moments makes it the most incredible opportunity I could dream of.
Over the course of my entire career, I’ve butted heads with many a person, some of those make up some of my best colleagues today.
The thing is, we will all never truly agree on everything - we’re just not wired that way.
Where the magic (I’ve found) is, is in a little thing we call cojelo con take it easy, maybe don’t stay up needlessly, maybe don’t fill your day with “productive” tasks that make you a “killer” in sales or whatever you’re working on.
Maybe just take a step back and focus on how you got here - and what you’ve learned - and share some.
Because while the ones stretching themselves out in the name of competition are hopped up on global expansions and constantly delivering subpar products

Blow your own damn mind, with your own actions 👉Today, I had to workout IN the hospital. I stood outside, and nearly left. I got so nervous...and it brought me back to WHY I left the gym years ago... #itwasntmything .
But I laughed, smiled and walked in 👟
I sweated infront of people 😝
I panted, got out of breathe and sweated more and more, and didnt think twice.
I conquered the fear factor I once had, that reared its ugly head today...

It’s not the other person who determines the outcome, it’s your state of mind and willingness to exercise some control over shaping the neuro plasticity of your mind, I call it mental yoga.
Think of someone who’s particularly triggering to you and ask yourself, “can I see, the soul of that person?”, “can I see, the best in them and their highest expression?”.
Being able to stop and appreciate “who are you and where you are going”, is a good first step to exercising the muscle of choosing different outcomes in the quantum field. .
Beware of blowback. “How dare you prune old circuits without me”, the ego wants to control and get what it knows, reacting to when you leave the boundary conditions of your relationship. .
“Wow you’ve changed, how exciting.. tell me how you got beyond yourself to change our dynamic so fundamentally?” Course correcting and taking on a new level of awareness.
To be left hanging for the chemical fix of re living emotions of the past is a victim mentality, yet it still affords you the opportunity fire and rewire the circuitry of your inner experience to create new and novel outcomes for yourself. .
You both require courage, leadership to step into the unknown and most of all firm boundaries about the state of mind you wish to cultivate. 😇Perhaps they are both, perhaps they are neither, perhaps you are constantly collapsing waves of potentially with your thoughts, feelings and actions combined.
