Be cautious though.⚠️ Joining up to every social media platform available when your business is young will take it's toll. 🤦Social Media can get very overwhelming, if done correctly, it can take at least half a day just to create one post on Instagram!
Why is that? 🤔
First and foremost the image is incredibly important. It is the first thing to catch peoples attention, so it needs to be very clear, crisp and of very high quality. 📸
The caption ✍️ (or text) should refer to the image and give good detail - especially if it is a product or service that you are trying to sell! The more detail the better. ✔️
Adding hashtags can be very time consuming,⌚not the physical typing of the hashtag - but the RESEARCH 📖 that should go into each and every one that you use! Have you looked at localising your hashtags to bring it to the attention of your local customers or clients? Have you researched what your competitors are using and what is working well? Are you just using one word over populated hashtags like #office that will not get you seen amongst the millions of other posts with that hashtag?
Worrying about staying on top of ALL of your social media platforms will take your attention away from the one thing that truly matters - getting your business going! ⭐

Morning!! Happy Monday!!!! Ok so we probably know this BUT it is so so important that the people you surround yourself with understand you and try to bring out the best in YOU. Hellooo this is life right now ticking by.. It’s Monday.. what are you DOING?? Are you doing something that is amplifying your life and making you feel fulfilled? No? Why not? Perhaps the people you are surrounding yourself with are not making it easy for you to find your inner passion? Perhaps you can’t even hear it you have no idea? It’s amazing how you can say one thing to someone and they can take that one thing and get you so excited and passionate about it that it makes you want to take it and run with it!!! Yes!! The power!! It’s happening!! Then another person you say that same one thing too is like a wall that either bounces it straight back or they hold on to the ball and start talking about their own one many things and it makes you feel that your one thing isn’t that important.. when it actually is.. it is important.. and you have no idea all the things you could do with it!!! If you surrounded yourself with people who will amplify that one thing and bring it out of you!!!! Stop sharing that one thing with people who either don’t understand you or who don’t give a shit. I’ve really been focusing on my down time with my kiddos. I work with clients constantly on how they “time-block” for their families so I figured I should too. 😉
It is a beautiful, re-energizing and soul filling thing to just “be” with your kiddos!.

So for the past two weeks Iv been completely threw out of my normal routine. With the new releases due to start **stress** and pressure on full with personal things **stress** and time of the month🤯 I feel like Iv lost my way a little bit BUT that’s ok👌🏻 So here a few little tips I find really helpful when I’m having days or even weeks like this.....
1️⃣ NUTRITIOUS FOOD:
I make sure my main meals are proteins carbs & greens to counter balance the extra not so nutritious foods I might eat along the way🥦
I LOVE going to bed early. It’s not always possible now I teach evenings but I try an get to bed early, nice hot shower followed by a cold 30s shower (thanks @jump4.2 for this) which clears my mind and leaves me feeling refreshed❄️
3️⃣CLEAN & TIDY:
Now I know this is easier said than done. But I find if my house is at least tidy (might not always be ‘clean’) I mean it’s live-able🤣 If everywhere looks clean it honestly makes me feel better. Even just waking up to no dishes of a morning can sometimes affect how my day will be👌🏻
Being with my sister has really helped me the past two weeks. Just having someone to chat to, moan to, cry to. Always helps💘
This is something I started doing from @jump4.2 Honestly I get so much more out of my day when I write a should do list. With my ONE THING getting me towards my end goals😏 Always write it down then cross out as you go, it’s SO satisfying🤤
It’s hard to get going but once youv forced yourself to get to the gym or a class, them after feeling happy endorphins😍

Focus......,do you struggle as well?
I was lost in thought today staring at the rain and wanting to write about it. I am currently editing a nonfiction book soon to be released, but whenever I am close to finishing a project focus becomes the hardest.
I wanted to start a fiction novel today, or work on my next book proposal, or revisit a sci-fi book from over a decade ago!
What I really need to do it finish. I think that is the hardest, it is easy to start but it is hard to finish. With finishing comes fear. Fear of all the critics because everyone has something to say!
So today I am trying to focus, push through and make sure I see progress each and every day even if it is just a little.

Can’t tell how often I used to say : Life is difficult! Thanks to God, now I know what is the right phrase.
However, how many people out there are still saying that? ... don’t tell me!
Life is not difficult. Choices and choice of life is difficult.
Life is not difficult. Knowing what to do for your life is difficult.
When you are not 100% sure of what you really want out of your life, you will then think for many years that life is difficult.
I challenge you on this, when you know what you really want and apprehend the way you are to travel in your time to get it... obstacles got you pumped to go harder on everything standing on the way in between you and the life you want.
Monday thing first, know what you want.
Tuesday thing, make sure you know what you really want.
Wednesday thing, do the maximum you can by yourself.
Thursday thing, look for help!
Friday thing, let’s chill at the beach... sometimes the best idea comes while relaxing 😌 .

Day 48/66: "21 Day Challenge Group: Day 6"
Race week for a lot of people so I went to visit my Walk Group. June was probaby the last time I've walked with them since I started M2M training. Missed these moments but need to strive to be a better version of myself. When challenges come on my journey I may not have the opportunity to do this again. This is my current drive and hope it leads me to a new PB next Marathon. For now, it's rest weekend for the Turkey Trot Race on Monday. You’ll change your life by upgrading your everyday choices and decisions. For example:
Instead of taking three spoons of sugar, take one.
Instead of watching the news in the morning, listen to your favorite songs to put you in an uplifting mood.
I intentionally woke up at 5 am today. Not because I’m a freak of nature, but because I have been so inspired by life and the people surrounding me that I have decided to acquire useful habits. 🍃🍂 I’m halfway through the first semester of grad school!! I’ve already learned so much in the short (8?) weeks here at MD Opera Studio. I’m surrounded by an extremely positive environment, which encourages me to challenge what I perceive are my “limits” and BELIEVE IN MYSELF!! Like many other musicians in this industry, I struggle with “imposter syndrome” but I try to find inspiration to keep moving forward in any little thing I am moved by; Jazz, ballet, podcasts, motivational/ self help books, food, nature, the rustling of leaves, etc., etc. I recently read a book called The One Thing by Gary W. Keller and Jay Papasan and I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to focus on a life full of purpose and intention on your way to achieving extraordinary results. Onward!!
