I was anxious, worried, frustrated and over it. I was also engaged. Wait what?!!
Am I the only one who had a less that aMaZiNg engagement and wedding planning experience? It had nothing to do with my future husband and I was definitely crazy excited to get married. I just, unfortunately, had less than ideal experiences with a few of my vendors. Plus we planned in less than 6 months. 🤦🏻♀️ That was stressful. I was disappointed by vendors that treated me like a dollar sign rather than a bride who wanted to enjoy her special day. I was overwhelmed by the pressure for my wedding to look like Pinterest perfection and I just wanted to cry. Which I did. A lot.
I WISH I would’ve had a curated list of Tucson’s best vendors. As an introvert, I was NOT about to go to a huge bridal fair to be completely overwhelmed but tons of vendors tryin to sell me. But I truly with I had somewhere to go to find the best of the best. The best in their craft and the best in service. This is who will be at The Together Wedding Market this weekend.
If you’re engaged in Tucson, I HIGHLY recommend that you come out to Together Wedding Market (@togetherweddingmarket ) this Sunday the 26th! It will be a beautifully curated, boutique style wedding market. Not a crazy expo or a wedding Pinterest board to be overwhelmed by. Grab your mom or a bridesmaid and browse and meet some talented Tucson wedding vendors.
I will be set up, nice and colorfully, and can’t wait to meet you Tucson brides! You will be valued and appreciated for the beauty and uniqueness of your story, not how Pinterest perfect your wedding will be. I hope the market can be helpful to you in this time of engagement joy!
Swipe for more info about the market and I hope to see you there!!
“This next season, we are taking on some of the most ambitious works of the orchestral repertoire, such as Petrushka, Bartok’s 'Concerto for Orchestra' and Strauss’s 'Ein Heldenleben.' Our musicians are at the top of their game and the orchestra will shine.” -@joseluisgomezconductor talking to the @arizonadailystar about Tucson Symphony Orchestra’s upcoming season.
Audrey had all sorts of stuff to teach us in our meeting this morning! How do you and your staff stay on top of the latest & greatest? We love our weekly inspo sessions where we all get excited about stuff together- it’s great for morale and our own education! 🌈💜 Southwest Solutions

Kaila Marie was born two days early in San Antonio, Texas on January 20th. I cannot believe that she is 7 years old today. Her compassion for others, her drive to always be improving, her excitement for adventure and her joy that spreads everywhere she goes make me so proud to be her mama. Happy birthday baby girl. You are such a beautiful gift from the Lord.
Monday morning vibes.... ☕️💫 I’m off to the gym which has actually been AMAZING this early in the morning. Then I’m going to respond to all the Seniors who have been sending me messages. If you sent me a message over the weekend, check your inbox 😘 If you want to make an inquiry, click the link in my bio and go to my contact page on my website!!! ❤️ Can’t wait to meet you all!!! ☕️: @coffeetimestucson for @tucsonfoodie 💅🏼: Amy at @gelishnails181
I am excited for the #MLK March and Rally tomorrow. As a #Jew , I identify with #AfricanAmerican culture and #history : overturning the structural racism that has corrupted our history as a republic dedicated to justice and liberty for all; standing up with dignity in the face of direct oppression; inspiring the #NextGeneration to maintain a unique culture.
These are also #Jewish values that have kept our people alive through the centuries. When I affirm them standing in solidarity with the African American community I celebrate their culture and peoplehood as well as my own.
For my first winter in Arizona, I got to admit that I had a hard time feeling the Christmas mood. For my entire life, the end of the year holidays have been associated with snow and cold weather. I tried to challenge myself to bring a little bit of Christmas spirit in the desert. And I hope you enjoy it
Fun story, when I took that picture three police cars stopped by with lights and all.... apparently, you can’t be on public land at night in Arizona. They called it trespassing :) they were kind enough to give me 20 minutes to wrap up :)
