Showing #TorontoCondos in “the pocket” last night. Found one that was absolutely perfect for my client. It was priced right, had been completely renovated and it had a similar view to the one shown in this video (building located on #QueensQuay ). No offer date scheduled (offers anytime with 24 hour irrevocable date/time), which meant no crazy bidding-war scenario for my buyer client if we acted quickly to secure the place. It was looking great, until we determined the lot at the base of the building (currently a 5-storey parking garage) has been sold and the land will be developed eventually (land deal closes in 2020). Fast forward 4 years and I’ve 4X my income, take 5+ weeks off a year to travel and am building a team to retire from the business next year. By retire, I mean create the life I envisioned 5 years ago, where I can work on projects that make an impact and build a family that I have time with.
Is it easy? hell no. Is it simple? YES.

When I looked through the window, I couldn’t believe my eyes! 🙈
I had no idea this restaurant even existed. But I put my nose against the glass and realized it was a place I HAD to try.
For the record. It didn’t disappoint. I enjoyed the best cacio e pepe I’ve eaten since a night out in Rome.⚜️
I love trying new restaurants. I am open to all kinds of different cuisines. I thought I knew a lot about where to eat in Toronto. But I had barely scratched the surface.
I’ve started to walk more from point A to point B. It can be faster than sitting in traffic. You also get the chance to see new shops and food joints as they pop up.
Some of my favourite restaurants to grab food don’t even have a sign with their name on it. Most of them I found by walking through the city!.
Now when my friends are looking for a night out, I’m the one they ask. Apparently knowing some hot spots help with your ‘cool factor.’ Haha. But for me, it’s all about experiencing our city in full force and doing something new.
