In today's Meet A Rat Monday, we would like to introduce you to our newest player GuadalaHorror #1919 .
A few interesting things about her: 👻 She has been playing Roller Derby On and off since 2012. 👻 Some of interests include "Going to nurseries to buy plants. I really like working out and spending time learning to cook."
👻Her favorite part of derby is that
"It’s aggressive and physical but there’s also room for some glam. I’ve always been a girly tomboy so this is just perfect for me." When asked what her derby goals are, she said, "Skate faster and agility." We're so happy to have you on the Rats, GuadalaHorror! We look forward to skating with you and learn from your 7 years of derby experience!!! 💜🐀🧀🐀💜

Who ever said Tae Kwon-Do or MMA is only for boys⁉️ 🥋 Benefits of Tae Kwon-Do in girls: ▪️Self Esteem ▪️Confidence ▪️Self Defense ▪️Social Skills ▪️Physical Activity ▪️Empowered Women (not only boys can be tough) 🖤
BTW: These 3 beautiful girls have grown along side with @komodo_trainingcenter Jolana, Jada, and Ariana‼
First tournament is in the books a lot of softball this weekend. Lost our 2nd elimination game on Sunday but the passion determination and fight these girls showed was unbelievable. If the ball bounced a little different a couple times we might have taken the whole enchilada. Pacifica played great so proud of her. It’s been about 2 years since she started playing and she is a beast. I love it. Getting better everyday. #prouddad#softball#toughgirls#coachlife
‘I was sceptical about Strength and Conditioning then Brian came to our club to do some sessions and I was hooked. He worked closely with my boxing coach for each and every fight and tailored my fight camp for each one, I’ve never worked harder or been pushed further. Definitely recommend him to anyone or team’
Safety was the whole idea behind starting our company, but we are always happily surprised when we hear stories of how or customers use their lights. Ladies TIP: keep a pair in your purse when going out at night, so you can see in dark alleys, the backs of your car in a parking lot before getting inside, etc. How do you use your lights for safety? Although it's not cosplay related, I wanted to share another side of my personal story with you!
I am so thrilled that the Cinderella photos have inspired people around the world. All kinds of differences are beautiful, and you can absolutely be the hero of your own story! Spreading this level of love and kindness is what makes the world a better place.
Not everyone identifies with wanting to be a princess though, so I also wanted to share that you don't have to let anything stop you from being STRONG! Sometimes being the hero of your own story means standing up for what is right, and being brave and tough enough to take on any challenge.
Even though I am so lucky to have found my Prince Charming, I am still the kind of princess who doesn't plan to wait around to be saved! Karate has done wonders to boost my confidence in my physical abilities, and I am so thankful to have found a dojo that is constantly working to adapt the techniques to make them effective and practical for me as an amputee. I cannot say enough good things about Master Deric Terrell and USSD Oceanside @ussd_oceanside!
