The first session of two for the day, had a nice relaxed day yesterday to refresh a bit and get stuck in again over the next few days. Feeling really good for the first time in a long time these past few weeks.

Wide pull up, mid grip pull-up and neutral grip pull-up, then work your way back across!

Last night at the New Brighton location before the club moves to elite fight complex in town. Going to miss those ocean views for awhile.
What an incredible family to be apart of and I'm thankful to have such amazing instructors and training partners.
When days get tough the best thing to do is come down to class, for me those 1-3 hours spent there is the best kind of therapy. One of the best decisions of my life was to take that first step onto the mat, trust me you wont regret it. @oceansidejjnz
Gave a new shoulder exercise a shot today and I liked it!
Leaning lateral raises! Tried taking it slower and controlling the weights instead of slinging it around! I really feel a burn!
I can really tell a difference without my pre workout, it’s probably mental but boy do I miss my broken arrow @razeenergy@repp_sports

If you haven’t figured this out yet, I like creating new exercises.. no need in being boring and repetitive!
Give this arm blaster a shot! Hit the biceps from different angles! Using a Lat pulldown bar, set it up as a low attachment and perform 10 curls with the wide grip then go immediately into shoulder width curls!!

Some days ya just don’t feel like going heavy at all.. that day was today for me.. but hey instead of skipping leg day I did a bodyweight leg day full of a ton of lunges, squats and jumps!
Simple combo of a lunge with each leg and a jump. Gets the heart rate up and burning the legs!
I have been doing lots of training lately. I’ve been focusing on walking without pulling and recalls. Mum says I’ve improved a lot and I feel a lot less puffed out when I don’t pull her down the street🤗 #training#goodgirl#indithecockerspaniel
I have seen a lot of benefits to the PVC hockey slap shots over the past few weeks. It hasn't been complicated either, which has been a focus for me this offseason. I told the hitters to hold the PVC pipe like a hockey stick and imagine hitting a one-timer to the opposite field gap. That's it. Some benefits that have transferred over to the swings are:

🔸️harder exit velos
