Even though I always try to have as much local food as possible, when I am travelling Asia for too long, I can’t help myself but to crave pizza 🍕 and pasta 🍝 after some time.
Check these places out for the best pizzas in the Philippines: Trattoria Altrove in both El nido & Coron and Kermit Restaurant in Siargao
#WineRegionoftheWeek : Southern Tasmania 🍷 It’s hard to put a foot wrong, really, from cool-climate wines (whites are especially fantastic) hailing from all corners of the island, to some of the world’s best oysters and seafood 🦐 Hiring a car is the best plan of attack to easily work your way around the isle, stopping along the way to sip, eat and check out a natural wonder or two. It looks like I'll be taking some time away from shooting while we sort out Sophie's visa issues. Since I wont have much new stuff to show you guys, I'm just going to post random oldies :)
This one was from a trip to Yosemite in 2018. Its such a beautiful park, but so many amazing photographers frequent it that's it's tough to get anything special on a one day visit, but I liked this scene.
Deriving its name from the pictorial fort inside, the Ranthambore National Park is one of India’s most renowned national parks. Located where the Aravali Range and plateau of the Vindhyas meet, Ranthambore National Park was once where the royals of Jaipur hunted. The national park is also considered a prominent heritage site due to the ancient ruins found inside.
Vale a pena!
Warning: Long post 😅
Not even half of what happened but an idea.
Things don’t always fall into plan but always fall into place.
Yesterday was an unpredictable adventure in so many ways.
Running on 1hr of sleep we decided to take a 2 hour motorbike journey to monkey island and then a 3 hour journey to a city called Mỹ Tho (Thành phố Mỹ Tho).
The journey to monkey island was simple however, the 3 hour journey to “Mỹ Tho” turned into 5 hours due to being on a motorbike restricted highway.
We were asked to turn back around. I did not know my Girlfriend had a surprise waiting for me there so I could just imagine how overwhelmed she must’ve been.
Tired with 2 dead phones we went around trying to find a way to get to this city.
Though, my girlfriend speak Vietnamese it still wasn’t a simple task but ultimately we made it!
I was welcomed by friends and family of my girlfriend with food, drinks and a cake. We laughed, ate, drank the night away.
What an incredible birthday I experienced last night.
In conclusion, I don’t want to ride another motor bike for the rest of my trip. 😂
Sorry for the long post... Here I was trying to gift her with this trip and she continues to pull things out of her sleeve. Gotta love her for that 😂
Summer sunsets in the Pacific Ocean are wonderful, this was captured in San Andres, Pisco, Ica that at sunset the sun forms these contrasts in the sky, this place is 10 kilometers from Paracas and the difference with the bay is that here the sea is seen directly.
There goes 3!! Towers seen and months traveling! Is it just me or has it flown by?! Life has taught me that things change pretty quickly at this date and age. That something we took for granted yesterday is gone before tomorrow comes. That people come and go, but only a few stay like they said they would. It's a roller-coaster and makes little to no sense at all. And because of this unpredictability I (we) have to make the most of it now before it's no more than memories.
These past three months have been filled with beautiful adventures, breath-taking sceneries and amazing people! Three months of challenging myself, overcoming fears and trying things out of my comfort zone; of discovering new passions and new strengths and of redefining myself.
I'm just grateful of how things look at the moment. The world is beautiful, Patagonia is spectacular and I am awesome! And yes, life is an unpredictable roller-coaster, but we're all in for one hell of a ride! 🎢
