“Breathe deeply, connect to our body, dive deep into the stillness and let everything else dissolve into the background, and as you do you will enter a space that is sacred and timeless, a space where you will dance with your own magic…” We commonly see our bodies as vehicles through which we navigate through physical life and most of us do not connect with our bodies beyond their functional capability.
Sometimes life has to jolt us to make us look within and beyond the function, delving deeper into the abyss of wonder that our bodies truly are. This is where we start to deepen into gratitude for the mighty yet intricate instrument that is our body. The synchronistic perfection engineered by the divine to house our soul, to escort us through our journey of life.
Today, we invite you to take a few moments to connect. Go beyond your physical external form, diving deeper into the wonder that lies within. Allow yourself to be overwhelmed with gratitude and appreciation. Allow yourself to become aware of ways in which you support your body but also how you may be abusing it. Let the realisation awaken you into a deeper connection that allows you to be more supportive, appreciative and respectful of your wonderful body. Dive into the divine ballroom of your being and dance with the magic.
Wishing you a Tuesday connecting deeply with the magic…

If you have people coming over, need a plate for a party or heck if you just want to treat yo self this is for you. To make you will need:
3 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
50 grams butter (melted)
¾ packet of wine biscuits
¼ cup coconut thread
2 tablespoons rice malt syrup
2 serves @twoislandsco vanilla and coconut protein powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
50 grams butter (softened)
2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
1 ½ cups brown sugar
1 ½ tablespoons rice malt syrup
2 ½ teaspoons ground ginger
2 tablespoons coconut milk
½ cup shelled and toasted pistachios
1. Blitz all base ingredients in a blender.
2. Turn out base mixture into a lined slice tin and press down firmly. Refrigerate for 45 minutes. (Note: if your base feels too dry, add additional coconut oil, or alternatively if its too wet add a few extra wine biscuits).
3. Use an electric beater to combine softened butter, coconut oil, brown sugar, rice malt syrup, ginger and coconut milk. Beat until smooth, light and creamy.
4. Remove chilled base and top with icing.
5. Sprinkle pistachios on top of icing and gently press them in with the back of a spoon.
6. Refrigerate until the icing is solid.
7. Serve by cutting into squares with a sharp knife.
8. Freezes well.
You can also substitute:
• the butter for coconut oil, but you may need to increase the dry ingredients in the base to get the right consistency.
• the wine biscuits with gluten free arrowroot or plain vanilla biscuits.
• the rice malt syrup for honey or golden syrup (it’s the sticky texture that works for the icing).
MATCHA BLACK SESAME RICE KRISPIE TREATS WITH CHOCOLATE CHUNKS
Taglia e servi.

✨ Rice and wheat wafers with salted caramel creamy dip ✨ .
These are so good!! The dip really was creamy and a lovely caramel taste. My only problem was too many crackers and not enough dip.. or maybe I’m a thick dipper? 🤷🏻♀️ can’t wait to try the chocolate flavour! 🍫
