“Exercise more and you’ll sleep better” TRUE? ❌ Not as simple as it sounds!
Yes, it’s important to move each day. But if you want to sleep well, don’t overdo cardio.
If you’re already exercising regularly, too many cardio workouts, particularly in the evenings, will fire up your adrenals and mess with your sleep. If you’re struggling with sleep, try reducing cardio workouts to 30mins, twice per week. Instead, focus on calming practices such as yoga, pilates, swimming and meditation.

Beautiful gold-and-blue... unforfunately, the beach was not exactly fine sand but rather, broken coral, not nice to walk on with bare feet. But once in the water the snorkeling was great. You were almost certain to see at least one sea turtle. Also, the island staff made an effort to keep the beach clean, not like, say, Bali, where plastic pollution has become a huge problem.

When the beautiful @willowurbanretreat’s early wedding present is two glorious hours of pampering to get that bridal glow on!!!!
