Yesterday we went snowboarding at Whistler! It was absolutely amazing and we had such a great time! We were lucky enough to be here at the same time as our friends from back home. They were kind enough to show us around and let us intrude on their family time!
We are excited for the next few weeks ahead!! Stay tuned!🚐 #vanlife #getoutside #vanlifeadventures #vanlifediaries #vanlifestyle

So when we decided to sell Flo, Mark was quite poorly with pneumonia and the issues we were facing with Flo seemed too much.
However, with Mark now recovering nicely and feeling better we have decided to keep her 💛
We had so many messages from interested buyers and we had people come to see her, but on these occasions Flo decided to misbehave, which we have seen as her wanting to stay with us a bit longer.
We have issues we need to work through with her such as the Cat 1 licence, specialised MOT, DVLA conversion etc but we feel in a much better frame of mind to continue with it and have lots of adventures in Flo this year.
Thank you for all your messages of love and support!!
You're stuck with us for now.
Sorry for the long post!! #indecisive#makingyourmindup#stuckwithus#vanlife#vanlifeuk#vanlifeadventures#exambulance#ambulanceissues#ambulanceconversion

We went for the first time with Loica to the east side of the Torres del Paine National Park, we saw a lot of wildlife: Guanacos, fox, bird, Lesser Rhea and also this gorgeous sunset✨
Lewis and I remember this evening so well. We had ummed and ahhed about leaving the beautiful Adriatic coast that morning but ended up making one of those brilliant ‘snap’ vanlife decisions when you don’t know where you’ll end up for your next cup of tea, let alone where you’ll sleep that night.
Many hairy mountainous roads later, and after a lunch stop at a very surreal Country and Western style Inn which was surrounded by very territorial wild dogs, we arrived at Rastoke. A totally and completely random town in central Croatia.
Thanks to @park4night , we found a very highly reviewed river side spot to spend the night, and we spent the afternoon spread out on the bank, trying to keep Humphrey distracted from the (very old and very grumpy) fisherman, and attempting to work out what bizarre town competition was going on further down the river.
Come dusk, we were tired from a long day of driving and sun, and I remember loading up a downloaded Love Island episode (don’t judge me) after taking this photo. Lewis was plucking away, trying to put some music to some lyrics he had been jotting down, but we both stopped when we heard an acoustic song in English that made even pausing Love Island worthwhile.
Two days of moonlight chatting, guitar jamming, ‘Hotel Calafornia’ duet-ing, river swimming and G&T downing later, and we had learnt who the talent behind the music was and who the song had been written about. We have such wonderful memories of meeting this fellow Brit couple in such a random spot in Croatia and would like to send over the biggest congratulations after hearing their recent news. A bab for the @thevanbabs wonderful 👶🏻❣️
Houston, we have a problem! 🌊
So this happened today on site a few hours after the concrete was poured when the heavens literally opened and, well, you can see what happened.
I suppose I did want a swimming pool, but not one for hippos 🦛
Rain, seriously, do one!!

We’ve pretty much completed a loop of mainland Australia now and it really has changed us. So much so that we’ve now reduced all our possessions that aren’t in the bus down to 2 boxes and some tools. All our processions were originally kept in storage thinking we would return to a household after a year or 2...now that’s not the case 😅
Although it was difficult letting go of some things we’ve realised that for us possessions just slow us down and cause us stress.
After getting rid of it all we’ve had a big sense of joy and relief and we’d like to have you all enjoy that same feeling. So go take a look at your own possessions, do they bring you joy or are they a burden? It doesn’t matter if you live in 10 square meters or 500 we bet there’s stuff you don’t need slowing you down too.

Does this look unreal to you? It does? Well, this place is actually Kangaroo island in Australia, right before this road has been completely destroyed by the bush fires 💔.⠀
The never ending curves and bends of the road, framed by dense shrubbery and bush on either side was somewhat hypnotic. 🚐⠀
We're trying but not enough, from now on let's keep this planet safe from any kind of pollution and minimize the chances of this kind of phenomenon happen again. 💙⠀

Life is so precious, never take it for granted. Spend as much time as you can doing the things that make you the most happy, because you never know when it all might end ✨🌴⛰🌏✈️
