•Forgot to post the delivery of this gorgeous piece of the reception desk. •Was hoping to get a better pic when it's all together. Instead,,, we just received an email stating that the designer is not accepting the finished product, due to the 2 toned nature. •Well, this job was paid for under our new policy and terms and we delivered on their terms and on time. •Also, this job was contracted,,,,,, and guess what the contract states in the first 3 sentences regarding expectations... Right below where it stated that by signing, the designers, architects, builders and project managers have read and agree to the terms set forth in the contract. •Not our fault the contract was signed and not read fully by all involved. *Final products may not resemble a sample completely due to inherent natures of the handmade goods and the differences in sizes. (It matches the sample imo)
If things don't feel good and you don't change anything, nothing is going to change.
In a pose / posture or movement, you are allowed to move, to modify and adjust, to go further or back off. Do whatever has to happen to make you feel better where you are.
Things don't always have to feel 100% perfect, it's also ok to feel discomfort. See if it settles after a couple of breaths. If it gets worse, back off a little. Discomfort is usually fine but don't move into severe discomfort or pain.
You can apply this to lots of things. Getting injured all the time? Being chronically tired? Constantly being constipated? Having tight and stiff muscles? Feeling stressed, overwhelmed or anxious in certain situations?
If whatever you did so far didn't help, change something. Maybe a change in diet, training, or sleep routine is needed or an improvement in strength, resilience or stress coping skills.
If you don't know where to start or what way to go, look for a professional that can help guide you (Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Dietitian, GP, Strength and Conditioning Coach, etc). By reaching out you already initiated change.
You don't need to get everything right immediately, but you need to start somewhere to get you going.Change happens in little steps.
This is usually the first thing I teach in class and we'll be coming back to this the next couple weeks in lots of different forms.
Good morning sweet ones 💕 #me
I was thinking of making a #presentation of myself for new followers but that seems #impossible 🙄🤔
Spending half a lifetime figuring out who I am and what I want... I realized I am everything and nothing.
Because all I have done don't fully explain me. It only shows my #variations my #spectra
First, the obvious, I am #female therefore, yes, I have become a daughter, sister, wife, mother...
But my upbringing was rather on the #male energy side so...
I was bad at feelings for a long time in my life. I was bullied for being #boyish as a child and youth.
I fought, I used my fists, when I had to, I didn't hug. But mostly shy and avoiding any human contact.
Education... I loved to know things, read books all the time, from encyclopidias, fictions to cartoons... Everything...
I studied language and art... Then woodcraft, technics and building engineering.
Worked as a caretaker to demented elders, worked in a mall, and at the municipal garden. THEN I got a job as assistent to an architecht. And worked there for 8 years, lots of different projects... Lots of pressure. Had a breakdown, got fired.
Learned #reiki at the same time I got my longtime job. Got therapy to be able to go to work.
Went to Russia the week after I lost my job, and found out who I am and how I really wanna work. As a #healer#therapist#helper
So.. This is me on my fifth year as self-employed. #shortstory#introvert#intuitive#highlysensitive#seven in numerology and MyersBriggsType #infj
I am far from Homogeneous. I am #complex#multidimensional and #multifaceted
As you can see when you follow my account. 😁 #chaos#feelings#randompics#whirlwind#virvelvind
If you want...
Put a word you think describes me in the comments 🥰🙏
Today, I felt anxious and agitated. I thought going to the gym would help ease the feeling, but it didn’t and I would get shooting pain in my head if I moved my head too fast. Such an off day for a Friday.😔
