Many thanks 👍🔥💖 To all who came down to visit us this morning at our first event in the fantastic @abbeyphysic gardens!
Special thanks to everyone who works at this wonderful place for being so warm and accommodating too, I really appreciated the purpose built fire pit and look forward to using it again some time.
We must have cooked at least 100 pancakes and 150 flatbreads together over the open fire as well as a few ember baked onions too! It was great getting to meet so many fantastic people, young and old as well as several of our social media followers too, including @wildmeadowphoto (Nice to finally meet you!) Thank you! The big thing for us was seeing so many young children enjoy this fantastic community garden, many for the first time!
We will be returning during the Easter break to cook, but will pop in many times before!
Btw. They do great cake and have a fab kids outdoor area too!

The Votes are in… We asked our Mile High Mug Club members to select which beer to bring back from the archives for our upcoming anniversary. And the winner is: Seat Kicker IPA. We debuted this beer in 2014 and a month later it won a silver medal at the North American Beer Awards in the American-style IPA category. A classic blend of new and old-school hops, look for it on tap at our Spring Fest and Anniversary Party on March 20th & 21st.
Now the storms have passed we can get on with #livinglifeadventurously for the rest of February • We have a fantastic offer of 10% off our Treetop courses for February • Book by 23rd February.... it’s an offer you can’t miss out on! • Our link to the website is in our bio • .
Dreamy colours at sunrise taken a few years ago. I've stood on this beach waiting for the light on a fair few occasions without much to show for it. It was nice to get such amazing colours on this trip but I don't see myself ever growing tired of spending the morning at the water's edge. 😍

I've always had a love for oast houses since before I can remember.
First time visitors to Kent are often puzzled by these brick built barns with their round/square towers. The history of the oast house originates with agricultural activity in 'The Garden of England' in the 19th century. Oast houses were designed to dry hops, a vital ingredient in the brewing of beer, which overtook traditional ale. Hops add flavour and aroma to beer, making it clearer and less perishable. Thanks to hops the modern British drink of 'bitter' was born.
A bit of history for you this morning ☺
Look forward to exploring more of Kent this year 🤞 so much to discover!

An image I shot last year on a wonderful morning spent overlooking Canterbury. The valley was engulfed in a thick fog when I arrived before dawn but as the sun rose behind the Cathedral, it burnt through the atmosphere to slowly reveal the city's landmarks.
How have everyone’s New Year so far? I’m looking back at last year’s travels. When there was a lull of foreign travels, I explored a lot of towns and cities in the UK, one of my goals for last year! A few new places include Shaftesbury, Lewes, Margate, York, Whitby, Malton, Robin Hood’s Bay, Cirencester and Dorchester. Also glad to return to Canterbury, Castle Corfe, The Cotswolds, Salisbury and Oxford. Within London, I ticked off Kew Garden, Hampton Court Palace, Strawberry Hill House, Richmond and Twickenham. I hope to continue to explore more of the places within the country this year! If you have any suggestions, they are most welcomed!
How good is it seeing so many restaurants totally smashing the #veganuary vibe?! If you haven’t been to Skinny Kitchen you’ll know that not only do they do the loveliest yet healthiest food but they also have a super vegan menu that sticks around. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The Açai bowl features not just the super healthy açai we all know and love but a decent helping of homemade granola, peanut butter, seasonal fruit, toasted coconut and the super health boost that is chia seed. All served in a giant bowl that I can guarantee will keep you going all until lunch!
