A beautiful and calm evening at the Pool of Memories, one of Tasmania’s hidden gems that only remains somewhat under shot due to its remoteness. This was my first dedicated photography hiking experience, and I loved every second of it. Our timing could not have been better, as we arrived just a couple of days after blizzard conditions belted this area, and were treated to blue, high cloud skies during our two night camp up in this area, with a light dusting of snow on the mountains. The northofagus leaves had begun their colour shift for autumn, decorating the hills with gorgeous reds and yellows. The reflections that you get in this pool are just stunning, with Mt Geryon standing tall like a silent sentinel over the rugged landscape. Each time I’ve visited Tasmania, I’ve never been more excited to return. Here’s to the first of many photographic affairs with this beautiful state.

Our latest vintage of Rolling wines has arrived! For the first time ever, our Rolling Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay and Shiraz wines have been made from Orange appellation fruit harvested from vines that sit higher than 600 metres above sea level.

A little eco-therapy never hurt anybody. Catch some waves and get some well-deserved R&R in relaxing #NewSouthWales . Enjoy some of the country’s best beaches at beautiful Coffs Harbour on the NSW North Coast — it’s an excellent starting point for plenty of outdoor adventure in the region. #LoveNSW

The SHIFT Project Byron supports women through the challenge of homelessness to independence.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
SHIFT received support in 2019 for a Project called 'Shifting Gear', a grant of $3637 from NRCF. The project's primary objective was to develop and implement a client management platform, personalised to the unique needs of the SHIFT Project and its participants. This SHIFT’s platform can safely store client and organisational data in a single system, it can measure client outcomes over time and report on outcomes to increase organisational and community understanding of the experience of women in the SHIFT program and exiting homelessness. It's been a great success. SHIFT Caseworker, Margo Hills; “Having one system to store the relevant information of our participants, the work we do with them and the necessary organisational information has already supported a more organised approach to our work. I can see how much easier it will be moving forward, to access information used to measure and report on outcomes achieved. This will not only support SHIFT to grow and improve on what we are already doing but will give clear data to share with our community to help them to understand women’s homelessness and the action taken by SHIFT to address the issue. Thank you NRCF for helping us make this happen”⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

A hot day in West Wyalong. West Wyalong is the main town of the Bland Shire, in #centralwestnsw
The West Wyalong district is the largest cereal-growing centre in New South Wales!
Gold was discovered in 1893 by Joseph Neeld in Wyalong, about 5kms from West Wyalong.
There is a poppet head on display representing the districts mining history.
Once mining declined, agriculture became the main industry. It is only 57 kms to Weethalle where you can see the SiloArt.
A friendly robust town with fabulous pubs and clubs and other placs to dine, like #thomdickandharrys which you can see ithe photo!

FUNDRAISER UPDATE: 916 incredibly generous humans have donated 5105 dozen eggs to our community of stockists and local charities 🐓🐓🐓 Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for supporting our fundraiser, our farm, our family and our stockists ❤️ As you might have heard by now, money from government organisations has been tied up in red tape and is taking its sweet time getting to those in need.
It’s been 7 weeks since fires burned both leased farms where we run Bega Valley Eggs, and we’re personally still yet to see any financial help from those bodies. We may not see any as we fall through the cracks because our operation is on leased land.
Your support of our fundraiser by donating and sharing is helping us get back on our feet and with a huge weight of financial pressure lifted from our shoulders.
WE’RE GRATEFUL BEYOND MEASURE!!! We still have plenty of work to do to get production humming smoothly on the farm, but every day we’re chipping away and putting one foot in front of the other to move forward.
Thank you for your support! Thank you for supporting our stockists! Thank you for buying our eggs! Thank you for dining at the restaurants and cafes who use our eggs on their menu! Thank you for your incredibly generous donations to our fundraiser!
You can see our stockists as well as our pay-it-forward fundraiser on our website
