I made @tefal.uk actifry garlic potatoes and they really were unbelievable!
In regards to exercise, I went to the gym today and tried to do a bit of fasted cardio. I don’t know what was wrong with me and whether I just needed a bit of sugar but Jesus I felt so drained 😰 The things I’d normally do in the gym seemed to take their toll a lot quicker and I found myself getting really distracted and bored 🤷🏻♀️ anyway I done a little DIY workout and didn’t follow @shreddy but I’ll try again tomorrow 💪🏼•
I got to try the new keto burger at @burgerim with the @unbunfoods unbun last night! It was really, really good!
I was careful about my calories the rest of the day because I figured we'd be grabbing some kind of take out for dinner.
After a whole week of diligently tracking and trying to hit my macros and nutrient goals, today I'm going to make sure I eat plenty so that I'm feeling strong for the TWO @spartan races I'm doing this weekend. A 10k Super on Saturday, and a 5k Sprint on Sunday. Don't get too impressed, I walk them. I don't like running and I have a bum ankle!
So I'm keeping it clean but getting a good amount of calories in today!

It’s time for another face close up! I have been wanting to post a video of my morning/nighttime face wash routine since I bought these @trulybeauty products. I saw them online at Ulta and remembered my best friend (@jesschmidthair) posting about this brand on her insta story and she loved it. Immediately I started looking into it and realized they are ✨clean beauty✨ AND they have entire line with CBD in it. I have taken CBD for my anxiety but I was curious what it would do for my skin. I have always had pretty clear skin but during my pregnancy I broke out like crazy and now that Levi is CONSTANTLY touching my face, I get break outs 🙃

Remind yourself at what your kicking ass at already, and then figure out what little actions you can do starting today that will get you where you want tomorrow
Keep your alignment positive and constructive.
I promise you if you do this, it will keep you more present and grounded.
And remember ladies, the magic you’re looking for is in watching yourself grow, NOT in the end destination.
Disconnect from the outcome. And watch how the outcomes you want flow to you effortlessly✨

I was looking back through my pictures of when I did this the 1st time.
And comparing weight. I thought I must’ve been much heavier on the picture on the left.
But I was shocked to see I’m the same weight!
Just another reason, to not be 100% reliant on the scales. .

Helloooo and good morning to me and you! ✨ Woke up needing all sorts of inspiration today, because having been on both sides of the weight battle (left and right) I’m floating somewhere in the middle at the moment. Yep, I don’t fit into that kurta on the right any more, and I’m far away from my goals. Like 10 kgs far. Like cholesterol and fat % (actual health indicators) need to be better, far. But, I keep remembering the girl on the left who had no idea what she could, and would do. If I could start at 0 and get to where I did, I can do it again. And so can you, whatever your goals are. Anything you set your mind to, you can do.
So get out there and smash your goals, I say! 🤩
