Sometimes I get so excited about new oils, and want to start using them RIGHT AWAY, and I’ll make some rollers but don’t find myself grabbing for them like I thought I would, and for that, I have this little oily hack...
Introducing my post-shower body oil! I went around finding any rollers I knew were being ignored, and poured them all into this glass pump jar, then I topped it with a carrier oil (I used sweet almond oil) and now! Tada! I have an incredible smelling body oil full of pure + safe ingredients that i apply after the shower and BAM those rollers that were sitting around are now being used daily like I had hoped! 🥰

We always used to dread fancy occasions. We would be squeezing and sucking into clothes that were too tight. And, we could never find something we actually loved wearing. We would end up buying something that kinda fit, but we didn’t necessarily like. Now, it just feels sooo good to go shopping and buy something new. For the first time ever...not just finding the one thing that is just okay, but “at least it zips.” No more settling and being uncomfortable here!
“Chicken” nuggets - VEGAN style 🌱
So we got an air fryer and it’s the greatest thing yet. Whipped up these nuggets within 15 min cooking time. It’s just firm tofu coated in tamari and nutritional yeast 💫
This technique is “pinching,” the real term for us pros is Dr. Jacquet, a European derm who discovered this technique in 1907. It’s great for oily and acneic skin! Pinching is both a purposeful and relaxing technique used during our facial and skincare services. Pinch me quick! 😉

BUT, it’s not impossible! Just because something is hard does not mean you should not do it. Today I did not want to go to the gym at all. I had already eaten a bowl of ice cream and I gave up. But then I reminded myself that one bad meal does not make or break my whole journey.⠀
So I made it to the gym. I felt so strong and was able to lift more weight today than ever. Just because things are tough it’s does not mean you give up. I am getting stronger, happier, and learning to love myself more and more everyday!

If there are changes you want to make, you have to make them. If there are things you need get out of your life, you need to get them out. If there is a hard conversation that you need to have with yourself, YOU need to have it.
We can all have a tendency to be our own biggest critics, but we also have the capability to be incredible advocates for ourselves if we decide to do so.
Stop giving yourself a hard time for not having a different life, or a different body, or a different skill set, and start leaning into the fantastic and capable person that you are.
You already have everything that you need to make the change, so now all that's left to do is dig in, bite down, and make shit happen.

Day 5 and feeling ALIVE
I feel so good inside, I am feeling clear minded and satisfied.
I did a high intensity tabata workout this morning followed by 40mins of strength training and I did not stuggle one bit with getting through my workout.
I do not feel weak or depleted, I feel strong and my energy levels are great.
BUT these 3 days of the same lunch and dinner are hard. The liver rescue salad is good but I really want a warm cooked meal, so I am really cherishing my steamed asparagus(never thought I'd say that)😂
If any part of you has a desire to embark on this 9 day journey, I would definitely do it! .

At the moment life is very bittersweet.
I feel like I’ve been constantly running through a thick, dark, overgrown forest for the past year and a half. Sprinting my way through the undergrowth at full speed, with just one word going over and over in my mind.
I’ve kept going and going, with various things trying to take me out from all angles.
I’ve fallen, and got back up.
But I’ve just been running and running and running, desperately trying to find my way out of there.
And now, all of a sudden, after barely seeing light through the trees the whole journey, thinking and feeling like I would never have time to catch my breath again, I’ve been thrust out into a clearing.
I can see the sky again and there’s sunshine. I can hear the birds singing and there’s a calmness all around me, unlike back in the forest where everything was going at a million miles per hour, and everything was fucking terrifying.
I can’t believe how lucky I am to have made it, I can rest, take in the fresh air, and actually just reflect on the madness marathon I’ve just been running, and think about which way to go from here.
But the thing is, when I look down at my body, I get that horrible sinking feeling in my stomach as I realise it’s very different now to when I initially went into that forest. I’m covered in injuries, some of it beyond repair - cuts, bruises, there’s broken bits all over me, and sadly there ain’t no one around in the forest, in the middle of nowhere, that can fix me...
At the moment I’m on the verge of tears pretty much constantly. The smallest thing can set me off. Either joyful, grateful, love filled, happy tears, or literally ‘the most intense grief I think I’ve ever felt in my life’ tears, it can go either way daily.
I was warned that grieving is a long process, but I wish there was some kind of template for me to follow or something because it really is such a long, deep, sadness I’ve never felt before.
I don’t really know what to do with it all at the moment. But what I do know is I’m here. And so happy to be so.

Today, I am embracing National Eating Disorder Awareness week. I am embracing this part of my past that I hid for so long. The parts of me that wanted to be small, the parts of me that felt lost, the parts of me that I lost control of when in the midst of my disorder.
My eating disorder lost its power when it stopped being a secret, & that is why I have chosen – time and time again – to share the highs and the lows of my story. To take the most private parts of my recovery and make them public. To let you know that you are not alone.
If someone you know is struggling, please – help them find their voice. If you are struggling yourself, know that there are people that understand even the parts of you that you don’t understand yourself. The first step is talking to one.
My DMs are always a safe space- this week and every other week of the year. We can’t stop talking about mental health – the more we talk, the closer we come to winning.

BIGGEST TIP FOR STAYING MOTIVATED TO WORKOUT:
⭐️ switch up your workouts ⭐️ for while I was just running and spinning and I noticed 1) I was getting less motivated and 2) my body stopped improving and started to plateau
Now a week of workouts looks like : spin 2 or 3 times a week, a HIIT or circuit day, interval treadmill days and yoga sculpt when I can! I definitely am flexible so if I have the opportunity to do a class I am always down because y’all know I love my workout classes. Sometimes I make my workouts up on the spot or on my walk to the gym so I am doing exactly what I’m in the mood for and that definitely helps me too. Other times I make them up earlier and still feel motivated to do them but it definitely changes! I do think it’s super important for your motivation and fitness progress to constantly be switching it up. If you’re in a workout rut: I have a couple workouts on my YouTube channel, Sarah’s day has lots of workouts, @madeline_moves has a ton on her page that I modify and combine with other things, @jessienorbz has some good ones on her channel, or just get creative and think of exercises you enjoy and just smash them all together! •

Lätt att man missar hur mycket man utvecklats då man blir "van" vid sin egen spegelbild, blir därför extra roligt att ta bilder och jämföra för att se utvecklingen 😊 Men att nå sina mål och utvecklas är inte alltid lätt, det krävs slit och timmar för stt nå dit man vill. Det är inte alltid en dans på rosor🌹 men det handlar om hur man lyckas hitta motivationen i svåra tider med, kurvan kommer gå uppåt ↗️ fortsätt kämpa❤ .
