If I was a little more awake I'd probably tell you about some interesting bee fact... hmmm... I've had more oranges since I got a bee hive due to the increased pollination of the orange tree... That's the best bee fact I have right now... I was at a bushfire yesterday/last night so am a little tired, thats my excuse :)

Here's a great visual I created which shows just how easy it can be to get antioxidants in your day to support your cells 💥✨ Forget calorie counting!! The quality of your food is what really counts. It is literally giving instructions to your DNA on which genes to switch on and off... Health, or disease.
Besides! Making a smoothie or a smoothie bowl is much faster than waiting in line for "fast food" which offers you little nutrition.
Many degenerative diseases and early signs of aging are caused by oxidative stress from free radicals (from pollution, processed foods, metabolic process, and too much sunshine or excessive exercise). Eat your plants! Fruits and vegetables are delicious, hydrating and so nourishing 🍉🍇💦 Start with one apple a day and go from there!
Bonus: Spices have the highest ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbtion Capacity) rating, so happy spice = happy life 😜

The first time a camel was ever seen from a distance was at Cable Beach in Broome in September 2000. I was in such awe of these tall and magnificent sentient beings that I forgot to shoot them with my old fashioned camera. Here is a vintage shot of Broome taken in 2000.
Did you know that the wild Bactrian camel (lives in Central Asia and introduced to Australia) is an endangered species according to the International Union for Conservation of Nature? The Wild Camel Protection Foundation also states that there are less than 1,000 wild camels alive.
Have a look at the following sites:
Australian authorities speak of drought and wish to kill 10,000 of these camels immediately (that historically served the country in the short term), but why are foreign investors allowed to have a share of Australia’s water?
