BRAIN ZAPS Spin forgot to take #cymbalta last night and is having head zaps(or brain zaps). Brain zaps are not fun and are a genuine side affect of skipping or stopping this medication suddenly. They feel like an electric shock-like sensation in the brain and head. Skipping or stopping prescription medication - serotonin norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors, SNRIs suddenly can be dangerous as weaning off this medication has to be done very slowly and gradually. #ssri#brainzaps#sideeffects#withdrawals
Love this guy @rokspics. This is definitely on my list of top favorite photos with Brian 🥰. Having withdrawals already. Miss seeing these boys on tour.
🎶Boy you leave me breathless, But it's ok, 'Cause you are my survival. Now hear me say, I can't imagine life without your love, And even forever don't seem like long enough🎶

Since it’s the weekend and payouts are still in progress ....Here’s a little token for your eyes.
What would you do with it if it was your first ever withdrawal?? Click in link in bio for more info;
“One of the things I learned the hard way was that it doesn’t pay to get discouraged. Keeping busy and making optimism a way of life can restore your faith in yourself.” 🙏🏼 Life can be a bumpy road, but I know it’s leading somewhere.I am so grateful for all your prayers and support, and thus excited to keep choosing optimism over anything else and to enjoy life the best way I can.
One of things I’m learning these days is this— to be thankful for what I am now, and keep fighting for what I want to be tomorrow. It’s so easy to be discouraged, complacent, impatient or unmotivated... but we can’t just wish for change, we need to work for it. Have a great weekend!
🚭Alright. So. I’m currently on the last 3 cigs that I have. Also I bought this pack THIS MORNING. I’ve been smoking a pack a day for the past 6 years. I’m choosing to quit cold turkey. I’m scared & nervous of the withdrawal effects that’ll take place, but I have to keep remembering why I’m doing this. That “bad feeling”, that fatigue is just the nicotine monster leaving my body. I’m possessed by it. I can’t wait to be able to SMELL and TASTE things like non smokers. I can’t wait to not cough consistently throughout each day. I can’t wait to have better teeth & breath. I can’t wait to not sound so lazy when I talk because of my breathing problems. I can’t wait to wake up and not have phlegm. I can’t wait to walk upstairs without being exhausted and short of breath no matter how many steps. I can’t wait to just be able to say “I did it.” —————————————-
Thank you for your time & I love you all.🖤🔥
We have heard many people say Move On.
What does this mean? It means forget the burden of past and move forward in life.
But why is this so difficult?
A loss, breakup etc is a sudden disconnect from something that was your everyday habit.
For example. Addiction to drugs, alcohol, smoking etc.
In case of a person...the attachment is comparable to addiction because it is A Habit now. The person is your habit and a part of your everyday life.
Now with this sudden disconnect there is something similar to 'Withdrawal Symptoms'. And this is where your will power is tested.
Moving On is a Healing process same as a Rehab. Why? Because you have to move forward or you suffer for your life and die. The pain of withdrawal symptoms is kind of same to the Memories which are always playing in your mind. The attachments, emotions and burden keeps on coming. It is fine. Just don't let them overpower you. Remember it is 'Me First' now. Healing is a time taking process and it can be painful.it is ok...this pain shows that you are Alive. You still have a Heart. You are Considerate. You are Sensitive. Just keep going. Don't fall back now. You never know something great may happen in your life. Your time is valuable and not worth wasting on something else. You will heal...Just to those people who keep saying Move On...Please don't be pushy. People need time.
#FlashbackFriday ✨ Killington Ultra Beast 2017 💜😈 Killington will always have a special place in my heart ... it was the venue of my first ever Spartan Beast race and the place where so many amazing memories and friendships were made! Not gonna lie, the mountain will test you and try to break you ... and you gotta give it everything you got but in the end it’s all so worth it 🙌🏼 Pain is temporary glory lasts forever. One foot in front of the other, staying on top of nutrition from the start, and positive attitude was the recipe for success for me. Good luck to all my friends racing in Vermont this weekend ... whether it be the Ultra, the beast, or the sprint you guys all got this 💪🏼 Enjoy some of those amazing Killington views for me 😍 #KillingtonUltra#UltraBeast#FBF#Vermont#SpartanRace#Withdrawals#OCR#WomenOfSparta#RaceHappy#NeverGiveUp#Unbreakable#AllItTakesIsAllYouGot#TrifectaTribe#GetIt#AROO 💪🏼

Here is some brief information on Food Addiction and Hyper-Palatable Foods. 🍭🍡🍪 Please Comment Below and Let Me Know if this was Beneficial for you! 👇🏼 I love sharing what I’ve learned, but I also want this information to be brief and to the point. It’s my first one so so I was bit nervous on how to present this. ☺️ What other information would you like to learn about? 🤓
PLEASE TAKE A SECOND TO READ ❤ This is off topic for my posts here, but I just wanted to share with you guys that today, I'm 11 years sober, and I really appreciate you all and for the support you've shown me over the last couple of years and allowing me to share my artwork with you all. You guys inspire me to keep going, and never give up. We all have one thing in common, and that is we are all human beings trying to do the best we can and be the best versions of us. Always looking for more. To climb higher. I hope I've inspired you guys in one way or another to try your imagination, be creative, and innovate. Dont always expect your friends or family to cheer for you, because they wont always do that. You'll be alone a lot. But during my last few years of artwork and photography, I've met some of the most wonderful people and sweet spirits along the way. I just wanted to say thank you to all of you. And never give up on being unique, and creating something the world has never seen before. The world needs you, and we need more creative artwork for us to all enjoy. So today, let's be the best versions of ourselves we can be. Thanks so much for your time, and the amazing things you guys do for me each day. Have a kick ass Thursday ❤🤘
