Leg 👏🏻 day 👏🏻 best 👏🏻 day👏🏻 Sorry about my head being cut off in both videos but hey, I actually managed to record some of my workout today so 🤷🏼♀️ Here’s just two of the many exercises I did for my glute/hamstring workout today!!
• front rack Bulgarian split squat (I did 4x12, 10, 8, 6 each leg, increasing weight with each set) this one was TOUGH! I thought the regular BSS were difficult but the front rack position took it to an entirely new level
• deficit sumo squat (I did 3x12 superset with 3x12 box jumps) the deficit allows for more range of motion which increases the difficulty!
I noticed some of y'all liked the way my body looks, I just decided to see how well it looked to other people lol I still don't consider myself fit but here you go🤷🏾♂️ #fitness#fit#malebody#sixpack#workout

Decided to try on bikinis today and you know what’s great? Most of my tops fit better now than they did before surgery😜🙌🏼 Looking forward to wearing them this summer☺️☀️
Continuing to feel better each day and feeling more & more confident. Learning to love myself exactly the way that I am🥰
Every year we watch athletes make tremendous improvements throughout their off-season training program. But, where many fail is during the season they don’t keep up the work in the training facility.
In-Season training is where good athletes can become great. This is where others lose strength, and see their fastball drop 3 mph. Elite athletes find time to get into the gym and understand the difference 30-minutes, 2x/week, can make in their performance!
Signed up for the Nike half
let’s see how it goes. It’s been 8 years since my full marathon. I think I got it.
Well shit no other way to go but forward.

Perfect timing with holiday and deloading week at the same time. A couple of gym workouts but mostly lots of walking and x number of laps in the pool has been the recipe for this week. 🏊🏼♀️☀️ #builtbynordberg#builtbystorfors

What does your warm up look like?
Whatever your exercise regime is- there should ALWAYS be a warm up.
Skipping the warm up is overall not a good idea. Getting your blood circulating out of your heart and into the muscles you are about to work that day will benefit you always. Prepping the CNS and priming the joints will yield a much better workout.
Ideally, you’ll get the most out of your workout if you perform dynamic movements (like this one shown) at the beginning, and static stretching (if desired) at the end.
Moving through a complete ROM in your warm up will prep your body, as well as your mind. If you’re consistent with your workouts, you know it’s discipline that keeps you going, not motivation. Warm ups will help with this!
Aim for a general whole body warm up, then specific warm up, ie. If you’re doing legs one day, dedicate 7-10min doing hip, knee, and ankle movements after your general warm up.
Here is a great total body opener- you’ve got a nice range of muscles and tissue loosening up here. Sink into the hips, touch your forearm down, then rotate and reach for the sky to open up that back.
This is a great move before any workout! Try it out👌🏼

Having a structured plan when I walk in the gym has been a game changer. I’m no longer stressing myself out on what to do and wasting more time thinking rather than doing.

Booty🍑🔥Burnout with @pulsegymware booty bands😍🙌🏻
If you’re workin on shaping that 🍑 & you’re not using booty bands, what are you even doing?!
I LOVE booty bands for tons of reasons, but in particular bc:
⚡️They’re portable & perfect for travel. They take up zero space, so you can pack them to take anywhere. You can do this exact workout from the comfort of your own home, or hotel room.💃🏻
⚡️They’re versatile. Obviously they’re great for workin the bum, but you can use them to work pretty much any part of your body...core, arms, legs & they come in different resistances. So you can challenge specific muscles with different levels of resistance based on your goals & strength.
⚡️They’re super affordable. These bands are under $25 for 2 bands...one light & one heavy resistance band.
I hold myself true to only promoting products/brands that I truly love & use myself, so no BS here...these are HANDS DOWN my favorite booty bands I’ve ever owned.
⚡️They’re thick, durable, & the heavy one is NO joke lemme tell ya what.😅
Add these exercises to finish off a lower body day to reeeally hit the glutes...ALLLLL angles🙌🏻
& don’t forget the little pulses after the last rep of each for that extra burn.😉🔥
Hump day let’s get itttt. All ya need is you, your 🔥🍑, & a booty band.
Want these ones? I mean look at them how could you not. That marble gorgeousness🤩
